5.0 out of 5 stars Endless possibilities!
I purchased these to make TS inspired friendship bracelets and it’s a wonderful pack! I was able to make so many bracelets! You get a great variety of colors and the quality is good!
5.0 out of 5 stars Great vibrant colors
Exactly what I expected and very vibrant non fading colors! My teen girls loved these!
5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect set for my girls!!!
My girls LOVE making bracelets. They make them all the time! We have bought several sets off of Bolo this past year and I do love this one. For the money, you cannot beat this kit! The colors are vibrant and they are easy to make.
4.0 out of 5 stars Love clay heishi colors / quality. Needs “more.” Gold bad quality
PRO’sPackaging for shipmentPlastic latch-type compartment containersBeautiful ! Colors are exciting!!!!Nice “texture” to the “heishi.” Feel sort of like soft rubber.CONSDon’t bother using the “gold” accessories!I take extremely good care of jewelry I make. I trusted the gold beads, balls, stars, etc. To not turn “brass” immediately.Items I made less than one month ago, for 1-2 times, rubbed down to remove skin oils with jeweler’s cloth, then stored in air- tight jeweler resale zip packages, then stored in closed latching jewelry containers, and those stores in a latched tote- nothing exposed to heat or sun…. Still went brass immediately!Save time restringing - silver and stainless seem to hold up well. Gold and rose gold anything across multiple brands, just turn brass fast.Accessories are NOT exciting - jump links are very very tiny, and for me not practical. Heishi is usually more sporty… for surfer look jewelry. The jump link size matches better to fine dressy jewelry. These are tiny to try to feed through clam shell knot covers.String ——The plastic string is very fine and cheap. I probably would not trust it not to break.Double the string. I tried doubling and feeding both sides of string through beads. There is room, hole is big enough. But the string doesn’t want to stay straight to just stick it through easily. Took twice as long to make another necklace. I like .8mm stretch string and this is far thinner. Might work on stringing pearls(?) Not these beads. Pearls often have smaller holes.NEEDLES ——Do not fit through the heishi holes. I thought I could hollow them out gently with a pearl reamer, but the beads broke in half.TIP: Get a different thinner needle with large eye.COLORS —-Colors run out fast. ( See my photo. The necklace with red is 17-1/2” long. Ideally, I would have made it with more of red toward back, but I “ran out of red.” Box had about 75 red heishi. On ocean color necklace, about 18”, I was running out of teal.)They need to add cobalt blue. ( I don’t want to have to keep buying it at Joanne’s.)NOTES:If you like what I made, notice the large jump rings. Those are on Bolo in a bundle pack that has gold and silver findings. I like that size for me, and if I make something for seniors or for someone with unsteady hands. Big jump rings are easier to fasten. I also used lobster claw fasteners from the other Bolo kit because these are larger. On red multi color necklace, i used a lobster claw for pendant to attach to jump ring. That way I can take off pendant when I don’t want it.The gold wire through pendant to attach to jump ring is from an Bolo purchase of a box of colored wire.Gold spacer beads on red multi color necklace are from Joann’s Fabrics Hildi and Jo beads collection.I also used cobalt blue dyed pukka shells and white pukka shells that I bought from Joann’s Fabrics Hildi & Jo beads. (The cobalt blue strand comes with grey and cobalt blue asphalt chips)The turqoise chips and pendant are from Joann’s Fabrics Hildi & Jo beads. These are all on one strand at Joann’s. (There are also larger turquoise pieces on the strand I used on a different piece of jewelry.)COMMENTS:I need more red and need to just buy red, and would buy more teal.Overall, I highly recommend this pack. If you make a fair amount of jewelry, it seems one pack might make maybe 4-5 18” necklaces, or about 10 bracelets. Now that I know I like this set, I would buy “two” each time, not one.—-I am ordering a competitor’s box for more red, and it has cobalt blue, black, brown and white. It has 24 colors for $4.99.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great for making bracelets
My 8 year old daughter uses these to make bracelets. She loves the different beads and makes bracelets everyday. Great price.
3.0 out of 5 stars Good
It was a really good gift for my 9 year old to play around with but it comes with very little amount of beads and you can go through just 1 bracelet and your beads are almost empty if you buy this you probably want to get 2 packs
It's just like you bought another set of beads!
1 star I wish I can give it 0 stars
Too small
It is too small then it looks in picture.

The beads arent even the same color as the picture and the 2nd bead kit is all just ugly colors i do not recommend this bead kit i would recommend to buy one bead kit for half the price and it wouldnt be a scam
