I was really impressed with the thoughtful packaging of this monitor. It has truly been a lifesaver for us! No more midnight trips to check on our baby; everything can now be monitored through the Cubo app. We also purchased the additional sleep sensor pad, which helps us keep track of our baby’s movements and ensures he’s in the right position. Overall, this monitor has made a significant difference in our routine. The only downside is that the premium features of the app are only free for the first year, but we’ll see how it goes after that. Happy to now have some peace of mind!

This product is useless. This was purchased months ago as a baby shower gift. The parents opened it and have attempted to connect it to their WiFi and it won’t even update the firmware. This is a very expensive nursery decoration because that’s about all it’s good for. Sadly, the return window is closed and now they have no gift from their parents. So disappointing.

I originally purchased the Miku pro but quickly realized the camera was not functional for the $ this was incredibly disappointing. I wasn’t receiving any notifications for movement or noise, which is the sole purpose of a baby monitor. Customer service did not help at all and insisted it was user error.After struggling to get it to work for weeks I gave up. I wanted a monitor that didn’t require wearables and could connect to my smart phone.The Cubo Plus worked perfectly, seamless connection to Wi-Fi and real time notifications for everything. The app is intuitive and works well. The Miku Pro app was difficult to navigate.If you want Easy Setup and high level alerts: such as face covered don’t hesitate to buy this camera! Also love that it comes with a stand, if you don’t want to drill holes. Other similarly priced cameras require you to purchase them separately.

I’ve had several baby monitors in the past but this one really kicks it up a notch. It comes with a stand and it takes pictures as well. Best thing is that it monitors the breathing of my baby so I can really be at rest. Resolution of the video and pictures are also high, at least 1080p. Very easy to set up and didn’t even need my husband’s help.

This is a fantastic product. The camera can be positioned differently and you get to set up the crib area on the app. You also get to choose which notifications you want to get or not.I can put little melodies or white noise for my baby to help her fall asleep.On top of everything, Cubo has an excellent customer service. I was not able to synchronize the pad and they helped me troubleshoot. When I didn’t answer, they would follow up to make sure the issue was resolved which I really appreciated.
Dead/bricked after 15 months
Update:31/01/2024- new camera arrived and worked straight away- I must comment on the customer service as it fell out of the 1 year warranty period. Although the UK has a 6 year rule anyhow… all great stuff!25/01/2024- Cubo have kindly offered to replace the cameraMy Cubo Ai Plus which I started using from the 27th September 2022 has now fried and stopped working on the 24th January 2024. £300 camera set which lasted just short of 16 months!!I now have no camera etc all of a sudden in my little one’s room (would cause distress to most parents) and also she is used to the white noise out the camera which has stopped therefore another routine disturbance.Camera was due an update on the 23/01/2024 and it’s a such coincidence that it updates when the baby leaves the crib and then upon returning to the camera tonight it is dead.
A++, excellent product
From looking up reviews, watching videos online, we knew the CuboAi plus was what we needed. The product arrived very quick, we were not disappointed. Everything was easy to unbox and setup. We would recommend this product to everyone. Using this at night is a great peace of mind as we can monitor baby, hear everything and get notifications if there are any issues. Easy app to install. We use it on phones, tablet and also on our Alexas

Sensor pad not suitable for UK mattresses
Overall the camera is great quality, app is easy to use etc, but the biggest issue that means we can’t use this is the sleep sensor pad that’s made to go under the mattress is too thick for standard newborn crib mattress thickness - it creates a huge hard lump under the mattress, not something a baby could sleep on. When you look up the suggested mattress thickness for the sensor pad it’s much thicker than the UK sleep safety guidelines allow, meaning it’s not suitable for Snuzpod, Chico next to me etc. Without the sleep sensor pad it’s just a really fancy camera monitor - not worth the price!
