These are awesome. Nice balance of Protein, Fiber, and vitamins. Does have some sugar, but nothing crazy. Leaves me feeling fulfilled and taste delicious. I like doing a 16/8 Fasting cycle and these are a great way to break my fast and start my day. Will continue to enjoy!
