5.0 out of 5 stars Solid Performance for High Power Applications
I've been using the bus bar in my custom 24V power bank, which runs at 100 amps, and it works like a charm. The bus bar handles the high current effortlessly, ensuring stable power distribution across my setup. The construction feels robust, and the 3/8" studs provide a secure connection for my cables. One feature I particularly appreciate is the cover, which adds an extra layer of safety by protecting the terminals from accidental contact. This is especially important in high-power applications where safety is a priority. The installation was straightforward, and it integrates well with my existing components. I haven’t encountered any issues with overheating or instability, which speaks to its quality and reliability. The only minor downside is that the cover can be a bit tricky to snap on and off, but once it's in place, it stays secure. This bus bar is an excellent choice for anyone needing a reliable power distribution solution for automotive, marine, or custom power setups. It delivers solid performance and peace of mind, even under demanding conditions.

Good product for the price
5.0 out of 5 stars Good Quality, perfect for this project
Well made, used for a Golf Cart conversion from Lead Acid to Lithium Ion BatteriesEasy to mount and cleaned up the wiring, used self tapping 14ga hex head 3/4” screws into steel and heavy plastic battery box
5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for my cap trailer project!
Worked as described and simplified wiring my camp trailer project.
4.0 out of 5 stars Quality product with a design flaw
Product and hardware is nice and can handle some torque on the lugs. Love the small Philips connectors for smaller wires but they are positioned perfectly in line with the plastic cover pieces. I ended up cutting off mine to make it fit, but it just seems like a oversight on the design.
5.0 out of 5 stars Nice
Worked great for my project. Only thing I would have changed was I wish it would have been open-ended on each end as well to allow cables to enter through the side.
Excellent quality
Excellent, quality build, not much to install, but works great for my RV batter install.
High-amp capacity bus bar good value for the price
These bus bars offer good quality and high amperage capacity and have the color-coded plastic covers for additional safety. The package contains both the positive and negative bars, and all the hardware needed to install them. I usually make my own from copper plate and brass hardware, but these ones do the job for about the same price and a fraction of the time. The conductor is a full 1/4" plated copper, so there is no problem handling the claimed 250 amps at 12 volts, more capacity than most people will need. I used them to rewire a camper trailer when I upgraded it with solar panels and a large capacity battery.
Good stuff but not what I would consider "professional" quality.
It says 250A can pass through this bus bar. Probably. But would you do that without monitoring the heat and temperatures? I'd hope not. Blue Sea Systems, for example, uses tin-plated copper and stainless steel studs. This way nothing will catch on fire and if you're using this on a boat or around ignitable objects that's wise. I'd trust this with 175A, I guess. Which is good enough for most people's requirements. Don't get me wrong. This is good stuff. But it's definitely not professional grade. If you're passing a lot of juice through it you're taking your chances. It looks really good. It looks very high quality. It's an excellent alternative for people who are too cheap to pay a little extra for safety.
