I plugged in the unit fresh out of the box turned it on after about a minute Starts producing smoke without anything added smells like burnt plastic can’t be healthy I have had many of these in the past and never seen a brand new one. I met smoke from the heating element that smells like burnt plastic. The knob and power button stopped working within a couple days

Poor quality. I owned the vape for two weeks.The temperature knob became very tight to turn to adjust the temperature. It became difficult to get the heating element to turn on.The screen is impossible to replace without damaging the new screen. This caused pieces to go through the whip.The product is a waste of money an time. The product has been returned for refund.

I was wondering but long as you pay attention and don't overload. This thing works pretty well. The outside of the other brand is much nicer and I will be trying vape brothers in the future. But this one works well

I bought this for a friend that has cancer and bad lungs so smoking is hard for her, she tried mine and loved it, so I thought I would get her one. It won't turn on! It's never been used and I could not get information on how to return it so it sits in it's box in a closet. BRAND NEW!! Maybe the seller will reach out to me? I'd like to replace it. But I cannot recommend a product that never worked and zero customer service.
