The toilet paper holder is simple in design and it works for larger rolls. Installation does require drilling/screwing in 2 screws but that is what makes it sturdy as well. With its open design, it makes it easy to replace empty toilet paper roll. It is so easy that all my little ones are able to put in a new roll for. However, given the way it is design, the hold can only be installed one way due to the retaining set screw being on the underside, you will see them if flipped and also toilet paper may fall off if flipped as well. In all, it is still a great holder
