Cups are great quality and look nice. I got these for use at the office and have loved them. Just like any cup if you leave liquid in them over a weekend it starts to seep around the bottom edge and the cup gets a little soft but that is not the intended purpose. Will purchase more when i run out.

These are a little expensive but work when other suppliers were out of stock
I usually buy coffee cups from a local retailer, but until recently they were out of stock so I purchased these as a stopgap and I was not disappointed at all. They are great and include a heat insulating cover that works OK for what it is. I expected less and received more and at a time when my options were narrow so I can't complain.
Lids wouldn't stay on properly with my hot drink inside
When I held the cup with my hot chocolate in it, any time I would put more pressure than the lightest possible grip, the lid would pop off and I had a lot of trouble with trying to put it back on because it wouldn't attach in any way and would essentially just just on top of the cup rather than hold onto it. So, unless this cup and lid have instructions to make them attach when there's heated liquid inside more than pushing the outer edge of the lid onto the rim of the cup, it's not something I would get again.
