I absolutely love this beach tent. It packs down into a neat little cinch bag (provided) comes with 2 collapsible poles, ground stakes, tie down straps, a sand shovel and the stretchy tent material that can be stuffed or folded easily.The tent material has a high UPF Rating so you have respite from the sun always. It’s easy to set up and tear down and doesn’t weigh much when slung across your shoulder holding additional items. Great for groups of 3-4 people.The poles can be adjusted in the sand/dirt to angle the tent when the sun moves positions but you will most likely have to shift blankets during the day for an all day beach day. Holds up to winds but I wouldn’t put it up against storm/hurricane winds. I always shovel extra sand in each of the 4 points for security and peace of mind.Worth the purchase but caught this tent on a deal so saved me even more money!

Bought this on a whim and we used it everyday we went to the beach. Lightweight for traveling with and the bag has a strap to carry. Easy to put up and take down and fabric was easy to clean. Only complaint is isnt as sun protective as anticipated

My husband and I live near the beach and we’ve used this about 4 times so far. We love it! It’s very easy to set up—only takes about 5 minutes or less with two people. It’s pretty light and very compact.The material feels pretty cheap but for the price and ease of use I can’t complain. We’ll see how long it lasts.We haven’t had any problems with it sagging or moving around with the wind. It works great to provide shade for 2-3 people.I would love it there were more color options!

Shame on me for not looking closely at the yellow pegs. In a similar tent I own, the screw peg holds the pole, ensuring the tent is properly anchored in the sand.Without this design feature, the tent is useless at the beach. I decided to keep the tent and use the poles/anchors from my larger tent with this smaller one. Otherwise, I'd return this one.This tent was intended to be easy and perfect for solo visits to the beach but I just made a fool of myself.

I got this last night and we rushed out the door today to the beach, so little prep time. It was pretty windy at the beach so set up was a little tricky bc of that and you can see it’s a little odd shaped, but considering, it went really well! The next time we put it up will be cake. Everything stayed put, even with the wind. We got the little 7’ one for quick trips over to the beach and it was perfect for 2 people. Any more and you need to size up (the actual shadow is that small). The sand bags are small so a few scoops and they are filled. We needed the cords to secure it, which anything you have to screw in to the sand is annoying, but necessary. Once put up, we were very happy with it. Take down was very easy and sand does not stick to the material which was a super plus! I know this can be done with one person, but on a windy day, I’d recommend two just to keep things from flying away. Def recommend!

Purchased this to bring shade to beach like everyone else. I like the idea of having a compact bag that unfolds to provide shade. We also have a super unbrella but that solution is not compact; it does not fit in the car without putting a seat down to expand the trunk area. This stretchy spandex material works well to expand to decent shade. The down side is that it not all that stable with two poles and tie down stabilizers and stakes. I like the the kit come complete with a shovel, stakes and decent rope. Setup is tricky for the two pole. It requires all corners stretched to an even "X" and all the sand pouches to be completely full, then partially buried. The two pole setup is not wind friendly. With wind, the setup will be blown down. Cross wind or even direct wind will cause fluttering blow it down. Albeit, an umbrella would also have some challenges without wind flaps. An additional use for this is to take the material and drape it over mounted beach umbrella to extend the shade to one side. This works surprisingly well tying ends down or filling with sand. I have mixed feelings about this purchase as it can work well without wind. but I am not sure I can say I am totally satisfied. but I can it has provided some usefulness on a few trips and fits easy in a suitcase.

This tent is very easy to build and comes with a durable fabric. I’ve been using this for a few months now and have no regrets buying it.
