The media could not be loaded. Video and pics are how well they stayed after two days, with showers. People kept asking if they were real because they loved them. Looks good even without black lights. I took them on a trip to Vegas for a neon party and didn't have scissors so I put the whole card on and they went on so quickly and easily, I was surprised. Definitely Recommend, even just for cute tattoos. I want them to stay on for as long as possible they look so good.

My daughter had a 16th birthday Glow (neon) Party & I bought these last minute. They were a hit & everyone worn them! It comes with plenty & they glow in the dark & under black light. Definitely buy these!

These work great. They are bright and glow really well. They do require some extra scrubbing to get them off, maybe some oil. I didn't use oil and had to scrub in the shower at least over 3 days. I would be careful where you place them with kids and if you have to work the next day. Otherwise they were easy and leaked onto you skin really well without missing patches. There were tons of options to choose from and the patterns were laid out well for a theme.

My kids are really sad about this, they were looking forward to glow-in-the-dark tattoos when I was looking for glow items recently. I had stuck this in my save for later figuring I would get it whenever I needed something to bump a same-day shipping over the minimum which happened today. They are neon, the packaging other than the barcode sticker says nothing about glowing in the dark, and when I carefully opened the package to charge a sheet under lights I was able to verify that they do not glow in the dark. I returned the sheet to the package and resealed it (this is easy to do so if you want them for a blacklight party make sure yours isn't missing any sheets, I didn't count the package mine had but there WAS already a hair under the stickiness so someone else may have done the exact same thing I did before I got the package). I cannot be around blacklight enough to enjoy the effects because it is a migraine trigger for me so these are useless to my family.

Glows in UV, not in the dark. Falsely advertised. They are cool, just not in literal dark.
