About this item:
Andis 80745, Ionic Professional bonnet hair dryer features a 40-inch flexible extension hose that is extra-long and has the "Easy-Lock" feature and a volumizing vent brush attachment. It's ideal for heat conditioning as well. Ionic technology dries hair quicker, with less frizz, and less damage than non-ionic dryers. The frequency is 60 hertz, and the voltage is 125 volts. Your hair will be softly dried with constant, uniform airflow thanks to adjustable controls, two heat/speed settings, and a cold option. The most styling freedom will be given to you as a result. Storage is maintained to a minimum thanks to a retractable handle and separate, compact pockets for the bonnet and cord. Just widen the jumbo-sized drawstrings as needed, then tighten them once you're certain the cap is securely in place.

5.0 out of 5 stars Works very well
I’m glad I got this. For home use it’s great. Don’t expect salon results but it certainly does the job. Ive been using it for six months . Easy to use. Easy to travel with it. I’ve packed it in my luggage for air travel. Great dryer.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great little machine
I can remember my mother having one back in the 70's, I wasn't sure if they still made them. Surprised they did! Going through the old ladies curse right now "menopause"!! I've noticed my hair is starting to get dry so I purchased some conditioner that requires heat.I bought a pack of thermal caps as well so I wouldn't get any conditioner inside the hairdryer cap. I'm sitting underneath it now 😁 one thing if your using the high setting watch out!! The hose does get hot!!! I have very long hair and have it in two clips on each side of my head so it definitely fit all my hair and two clips inside the cab, it's really easy to use, it is drying my hair quickly, the noise is just about the same as it would be if you're using a regular hair dryer and the size is perfect I can put it underneath my bathroom cabinet when I'm done!! It's made pretty well and it's got a long hose to it so you can sit back on the couch and relax.
4.0 out of 5 stars It’s OK
It is mobile like I wanted. It heats OK (2 levels.) The elastic in the bonnet is short and too tight. The plastic container is awkwardly designed and appears cheaply made. It is sticky to open, but that may improve with use.
5.0 out of 5 stars Works great!
Second one I’ve had. First one I unhooked the bonnet and snapped clip off. Liked so much gor another one. This time I’m leaving bonnet on.
1.0 out of 5 stars It dries ur hair but …..
This dried ur hair but that’s about it, let me explain.I bought this because I wanted a better alternative other than blow drying my hair with the comb because I have relaxed hair and I find that I was shedding a lot of hair when I used the blow dryer with the comb attached.I was my hair and used this device to dry my hair and my hair looked a hot mess. It was matted it looked dry. It look dull and brittle. I can’t tell u why that was but I almost thought that’s how my natural hair look. The hose piece that u attach to the hood it self can not come out once u attach it make it impossible to actually close the device and store it away. Also a piece that didn’t really have much purpose came broke off.I returned this device because of how dry and brittle my hair felt after drying. It didn’t matter that I put moisturizer in it I felt like this device could do heat damage. I can’t explain why is that.Any ways couple days later I decide to wash my hair all over again using my same products but this time I took the time to detangle ny relax hair in sections real gently before I apply my blow dryer with the heat! And my hair came out looking healthy, bouncy, shiny and straight. I figured out all I have to do is section my hair and gently come the tangles. I already was sectioning my hair but I didn’t pre de-tangle my hair. And it turned out great I didn’t lose as half as much hair like I use to. This device wouldn’t surve me much purpose
5.0 out of 5 stars Convenient and Comfortable
I am using this dryer as I speak. I recently got rid of a dryer that my mom had bought me in the early 1960s--it still worked, but the bonnet was painful because of its stiff edges. I held onto it because it worked better than one I had picked up overseas in 2007. I ditched that one a few months ago. When I looked at the Andis dryer, I really liked three things about it: 1. the bonnet was large and looked very soft 2. the design of the carrying case 3. the length of the cordThis is the best bonnet-style hairdryer I've ever used. I'm in my 70s and have used plenty of hairdryer bonnets. The Andis bonnet easily fits over my rollers. The dryer easily sits on my desk and I can do things on my desk without any problem. The length of thr power cord allows me to easily multi-task--my hair dries while I pay bills, read, write notes, etc. This is a really good product for a good price--it dries evenly, fits over my rollers, is relatively quiet, and is comfortable. I love it!
3.0 out of 5 stars Doesn’t serve the purpose
This dryer is a good quality. It blows hot air and the seal around your head is excellent. But, most ppl are buying these to set their hair in rollers and dry. There is no way to fit the cap over the smallest set of rollers much less big ones.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great product
I LOVE this dryer. It gets so hot. My hair dries so fast. It is portable and easy to carry around. it is also light weight. Again it gets hot and dries your hair fast!
Perfect
Love this little dryer. Definitely worth it.
Kind of a good purchase
It's a good product. It works well. Ite just too tight on the Head though
Exactly what I wanted
I still use hair rollers and I needed a hair dryer, this is perfect.
Handy Dandy Hair dryer
I found it a little difficult to get the cap on over my curlers as my hair is very long. Also the elastic around the opening is very tight and I have a small head.Other than that it was fine in fact I fell asleep while my hair was drying.
Perfect size
Great size, I could just slide it under a small space for storage. Though once you connect the bonnet one can’t remove it, meaning the lid nolonger serve any purpose.
