Afterward, I add about half a cup of Mud/Wtr tea, ensuring a thorough mix to enjoy the wonderful aroma while the kettle switches from boil to the hot setting. I purchased the Pukomc Electric Kettle 2 times based on their advertisement of many good features.The 1st one I bought did not work after two months. Yet I still gave it another chance by purchasing the 2nd one from this vendor again. Yet, it was about two months, then the kettle stopped working like the 1st one.The company also said, "All our products come with a 1-year warranty ..." Yet I received nothing from Pukomc company nor Bolo after I contacted both of them regarding this defective product.

This is a great hot water boiler and it even has a keep warm feature which other hot water heater don’t have. Very nice and functional hot water boiler. 👍

It's a really nice kettle, I've been using it for about a month now and I hadn't had any issues with it. The only thing I wish is that it keeped the water boiling for longer.

First off - great kettle. We love it.But it broke and we are still not sure how. Best bet is a piece for loose inside which shorted the circuit. Maybe.These things do happen and that is why everything comes up with a warranty. As we purchased it within last 8 months we contacted the seller.And this is what this review is all about. Seller customer support. In one word? Superb!!!They sprang into action, asked a few pointed questions, aske us to verify our shipping address and - voila - replacement kettle is ‘resting’ in our kitchen.With so many sellers on Bolo these days, you never know what kind you’ll get. Lemme tell ya - these guys are trustworthy and responsible. I will shop with them in the future for sure.

Got this in December and already a sensor has stopped making the kettle go to a roil boil. Thankfully the auto shut off for safety still works, but steam comes out the button so I doubt the kettle will last much longer. If it would’ve lasted longer I would’ve loved this kettle but it’s been less than a year… 3 months to be exact. Depending how long it continues to boil will depend how long my rating stays at 3 stars. I needed to get a different kettle with temp control anyways for different teas
