LOVE LOVE!! I don’t review much but had to leave one for this!!! Worth the money folks….its high quality, you can feel as it cleans off every surface. And here’s the COOLEST part, it come with an APP!! so your toothbrush pairs with the app and monitors live while brushing to let you know if you are applying too little or too much pressure and has a ring of light that indicates all sorts of things. Wow….bang for buck. If you are looking for a high quality electric toothbrush, this is the sweet spot ❤️

So, I'm a long-time user of Sonicare, which means I've gone through a number of them that always tend to break right at warranty expiry. Though I usually find them on sale, they are not cheap, nor are the brushes, and for the price they are still so prone to breaking down and various issues. So, when my current one started to have an issue (turning on randomly on its own, startling all around), I started shopping for a replacement. This Oral B brush went on sale, so I decided to check it out - maybe return if it wasn't all that great in comparison. At first, I was a little confused, because I thought these brushes mainly worked by rotation, but they are both that and sonication. I don't know if the vibration speed matches to Sonicare, but it doesn't seem critical. One immediate thing I noticed was the light ring which instantly lets you know if you are pressing too hard or not enough. As somebody with gum issues, this is appreciated. Next thing, do set up and try out the app. I was skeptical, but it really does a good job of figuring out what part of your mouth you are brushing, apparently by some kind of bluetooth-based sonar and something in the brush that can tell if it's facing up or down. It's not to the level of knowing which tooth, but it maps the front and two sides of both the top and bottom of your mouth, which is still pretty detailed. Rather than just using some kind of timer, it tracks that you spend the proper amount of time in each of the 6 regions. Your coverage within each region is then up to you. Sure, there are some times when it is a bit off, but I find that that tends to happen if I turn my head. So if you keep your head still, it seems to work more accurately. Not too hard to do. Besides the main brush tracking, you can set specific goals, and it will add recommendations for other steps like tongue brushing and flossing. I started a program for plaque removal. So now, instead of brushing or not kind of mindlessly in the shower one a day, I have started brushing twice a day, with more intention, and it's even slightly fun. And so far, my teeth feel smoother and cleaner. I also get less gum bleed, perhaps due to avoiding pressing too hard. I think this is still a bit pricey at full price, but maybe in this case it could be worth it for the improvement in your teeth and gum health. On sale, I can definitely recommend. Will it last long term? We'll see.

This was an upgrade from my first original Oral B. WOW this is a game changer! It’s a beautiful and better designed brush to hold, this one has two settings to choose from which really helps you get a cleaner brush throughout and the lighting bar that circles around the top to let you know if you’re applying enough pressure or too much. It’s really a great investment for oral care and believe me I just had a cleaning at my DDS an no cavities AND she said my teeth were clean as a whistle!!!! 😁

Wow... This toothbrush is really powerful. Once you get used to using it you will feel like an ordinary tooth brush does nothing.This brush is so powerful it is a bit scary to use the first few times. But, after a few days you will get used to it and love it.My story is that I didn't go to the dentist for 15 years... But my teeth were healthy and I had no cavities. The problem is that the plaque and bacteria grow just under your gum line. So, it took them 2 hours in the dentist chair to scrape off all the tarter and disease just below my gum line.So, you need this toothbrush. A typical toothbrush can't get to the plaque and disease under your gum line.I highly recommend this!

Love this brush but…
I used this brush for a week and my right ear would feel itchy inside while using the brush. Then my vertigo came back. Turns out, after Googling the problem, electric toothbrushes that have certain vibrations can bring back vertigo episodes in people that have had it before. My Oral B Vitality brush is fine so I’ve gone back to it for now. The IO brush is so quiet and doesn’t hurt my sensitive gums. It’s the Rolls Royce of toothbrushes!! Just beware that it can cause a return of vertigo, if you’ve had it previously.
Nice toothbrush
There is an app that you can use along with this toothbrush, but I’m not interested in another app controlling my life! Otherwise, the brush works great on its own, recharges quickly and was a nice replacement for my old brush. Cheers
Ease of use
I haven’t had it long so I can’t speak to longevity or durability. However it came on time and everything came as described. Good complete Instructions but need reading glasses to read them. I ordered the toothbrush package and 4 replacement heads. They were all there. I use it once a day and it has made a difference with my tartar build up. Generally very happy.
