The paper towel holder was perfect. It came with directions, tape or screw in options included, it is well made and works perfectly. We ordered this kind to install in our motor home so that the towel does not unroll during travel. A nice Thank You letter was included in the box. I have never written a review but that is not very fair of me because I rely heavily on reviews when making my purchase decisions. This one was a winner.

I order a different one prior to ordering this paper towel holder and it broke pretty soon. It was very difficult to pull the paper towel off but this one is a charm.

I’m a 76 year old stubborn widow & absolutely HATE asking for help to do anything. I decided to put this up my self. Realized the screws that came with it was too long for my cabinet so got 4 slightly shorter wood screws, a electric drill & a bit extender from my son in law. Had to use the bit extender as the wire P towel holders were in the way to get the drill up to screw! But like I said I’m stubborn, where there’s a will there’s a way! I used the 2 sided bottom tape to get the holder exactly where I wanted it, I wanted it completely secure so planned on screwing it into cabinet! The wood in my cabinet was so hard I could not get the first screw to even start so I pulled out my Dremel drill and started four holes. Got the extender and followed the instructions. With the pre-holes started for the screws it was a breeze finishing it up. I’ve already used it & my Viva towels just just rip right off without bringing 2 or 3 sheets with itI do not have much counter space but have a lot of kitchen items, so this is wonderful - it’s brushed silver and matches my kitchen facet perfectly lol which was a big plus as I’m very picky.I’m really please with this item, highly recommend.. just remember you’ll need a screw extender if using an electric driver!Oh company sent a very nice THANK YOU letter inside the box - what a nice nice treat that was. Instructions for me were perfect! If you are not sure exactly where you want to mount your paper towel holder & KNOW you want to use screws, make sure you clean the area first the put the 2 sided tape that came with it & gently place where you think you might want it, if you need to remove to place somewhere else use a sharp knife & gently release the one side of tape that’s against the cabinet or wall until it’s exactly where you want it then firmly press it there & screw it in.I can pull one section off with my right hand, make sure you pay attention what side you want to pull from, I’m right handed so I kept that in mind for placement.This company has made a very nice sturdy product .. and I’m not crazy about purchasing an item made in China, I’m usually a USA made product. But I’m on fixed income & this item met all my needs and sold here in the US - I ordered Saturday & it arrived Tuesday! Quick!So YES I’m recommending ‘Swaitee’ product!

Works well
I double sided taped this under my cabinets and 6mo later it still works perfects and holds well.There's just enough spring tension so I can rip off 1 sheet without unwinding the roll and is deep enough it will even fit my costco sized rolls1 yr later: the ratcheting mechanism stopped working but still has a good amount of resistance so it tears towels nicely.

I have owned and used many paper towel holders over the 50 years of being in kitchens and other places that had paper towel holders. This is by far the best I have used. It has been over a year, we recently moved, I left it behind and miss it! So I bought another! Things I like, you pull "a" towel off, you get one towel, you want more than one towel, you pull out what you want, and GET what you want! NO UNCONTROLLED SPINNING!! No rewinding the roll! LOVE IT!! Easy to Load ...read that again! The old tube slides off, the new tube slides on. The "roll" does not fall off, when you pull for a towel! I think I just talked myself into another one ...for the garage!!
