I've tried other OTC creams and ointments for over 30 years. This product really works even better than most of the prescription ointments I've used. I still have some red areas but the scaling is completely gone. Yes, it smells bad but for only a short while but it's worth the smell for as good as it works. I will keep buying it.Update: the redness has almost completely gone away. I have read through the reviews and I'm sorry this is not working for some people. This is the BEST product I've ever found to clear up my psoriasis.

I don't mind it, it's weird and definitely not roses but it helps. It hasn't done much for my arms, but it helps my ears and little spots on my face! I use it on my face as needed and the psoriasis will be gone in a day or two. My arms are pretty severe, it eases the itching a bit and calms it down when it's bad but it doesn't magically cure it. It's not medicine, it's supposed to help small spots and maintaining not curing. Keep that in mind.I put it on before bed, and wear a long sleeve.It's more the consistency of petroleum jelly, not a lotion or cream necessarily. You can see in the Pic, it can look and feel a little greasy.

This stuff smells awful, but it does work. AfterA using it for a couple in a row on my elbows, i can hold off on using it for a week or more. Hopefully they figure out how to get rid of the smell - kinda like a gas station or when they re-tar a street. 4/5 because of the smell

This product has me confused as it smells kind of terrible and it’s more of a gel instead of a cream. It actually made my dermatitis worse and burn a little, but I think maybe overall if I kept using it, it could have worked effectively

Just a little bit goes a long way. Very soothing.I always use over the counter coal tar ointment. This one is very good, and really seals in the moisture.Highly recommended.

This did nothing for my psoriasis. And the smell is terrible.I have to wash my hands thoroughly after using, for fear of getting it in my eyes. It's not worth it, this stuff is useless.
