Every turkey vaster I’ve ever used has been plastic and inevitably, I use it on liquid that’s too hot and the baster gets warped. This is really exciting because there’s no worry of that happening since this baster is made from stainless steel. I also love that you don’t have to worry about the clear plastic staining and looking old or holding on to odors. This is just all together more sanitary and better looking. The flavor injector syringes screw into the tip of the baster, it’s a really ingenious idea! This is a well made product, the pieces are not thin or cheap feeling at all. So, I ordered this to use it in the garage for brake system work, as the brake fluid will not degrade the stainless steel like it will the ordinary plastic turkey basters. However, I can say that this is an outstanding turkey baster device - the tip of the baster is threaded to accept the included injector needles - those things look wicked, and I can imagine they would be very effective at injecting brine solution or whatever when using them. The appearance of the tool is excellent - nicely polished with a brushed finish. The materials used in its construction seem to be great quality. No issues or concerns from me with this product - this is a high class, professional level turkey baster!

I got this baster because Im tired of the glass and plastic ones breaking or cracking. This one is made of stainless steel so I will no longer have to worry about it breaking!!! The bulb is made of silicone so no worries with that breaking either. Why didn’t I get stainless steel years ago?!!! This baster set is well made QUALITY. It came packaged well and also includes a brush for cleaning the baster, a silicone brush, and two marinating injecting needles that screw into the baster. The injecting needles will come in handy if we want to inject marinade into our meats that we smoke in our smoker and also for injecting butter in the turkey. This is a nice QUALITY basting set! I’m very happy with it and I definitely recommend.
