I am prescribed 800 mg magnesium daily. That mg is not easy to get. These vitamins hit my prescribed dose with just two pills per day and no upset tummy or bathroom issues. Most store brands were 4-8 pills a day to hit 800 mg and I experienced major stomach issues teyinf the typicalstore brands. Good price.

I take 2 of these as a serving to get 800 mg instead of 400. I keep them on my nightstand so I remember to take them before bed. I sleep so well when I take them. I didn't realize just how well they worked til I WASNT sleeping well when I would forget ( which I why I moved them to my nightstand lol) I did a little research before purchasing to make sure these were a high enough quality and they seem to have great quality control and I feel I'm purchasing from a safe and trusted brand. I do wish the dosage was higher so I could take one pill instead of two but I am ok with it to stick with this brand. Great product and it really delivers when it comes to sleep quality. My mind isn't racing in my sleep anymore and I'm not waking up changing positions constantly. Just good quality sound sleep. I'll keep buying this brand and I highly recommend.

This is the BEST sleep aid EVER!!! 1 capsule gave me 7 1/2 hours of uninterrupted sleep.Never had a problem falling asleep - just staying asleep. Would wake up & stay awake for several hours or more every night.Not with this bottle of wonder! I feel like a new person!

Its great not having to take more capsules at bedtime as I have medications to take as well. Cant say that they relax or make me sleepy because i have also taken some decongestants so will need to be off ofthose to see how effective these are.
