    I looked forward to getting this supplement, but now I see that the suggested dosage is 4 capsules per day. Wow! At 0.24/count, it makes it rather expensive.

    I am only taking 2 capsules out of the recommened dosage. This is because with my diet, I do not need to take more. I don't experience any adverse effects, but I can't really tell if this is helping me healthwise or not. I started taking these as I was dieting and worrying about not getting enough nutrients. Something else to consider is there is some discussion about if the calcium in this product will lessen the absorbtion rate of the iron in this product. I am not an expert on the subject but it makes me wonder if I am getting the full effects.
