The media could not be loaded. This is a pretty good coocoo clock for the price. My husband wanted one, and I didn't want to spend a huge amount of money. The majority of the clock is wood. However, like many others said, the little bird and the chirping sounds makes it seem cheap. The bird is made of plastic and deflects from the overall beauty of the clock. I realize you get what you pay for, so that's why I give it five stars. I could stand to lose the "echo" chirping. I find it hard to keep track and count with that, and there's no way to turn it off. It is also hard to set the amount of chirps to the hour. You have to keep hitting that little button on the side until it gets to the amount of chips you need. Again, not difficult but hard to keep up when it echos too. All in all, it's still a good value and I have "no regerts" (some of you will get that, most won't).

I wanted a cuckoo clock and found this one to be a great price. Everything was packaged great However when removing the backing as the instruction suggests I found mold on it. I managed to get it cleaned off but I just found that a little worrisome. The tick is a little loud but you get used to it.Other than that this is a great clock for the money.

My grandmother had one when I was a child. Hence, I must own one. Well, I lived in Switzerland and bought my 1st there. Then when Dad visited we went to the Black Forest in Germany and he bought his. I just love the noise and the memories.

The looks of the cu cu clock is very nice, but a cu cu clock suppose to sing cu cu only once for each hour NOT TWO FOR EACH HOUR, very confusing and annoying to hear tow cu cus for each hour. I m very disappointed that is why I am returning it>
