I've been using the Steam Deck Docking Station for a while now, and I'm really impressed with how well it works. It's so easy to transition from handheld to desktop mode - just drop the Deck in and it connects seamlessly. The image quality is great, and I haven't experienced any lag or performance issues. Plus, having all the ports on the back of the dock keeps my desk nice and tidy. Overall, it's a great addition to my gaming setup!

No more weird connecting issues I suffered with my last HUB. This thing is perfect. Steamdeck snugly fits and it's easy to carry around with you. The ports are placed in an actual useful and non-obstructive place.

Product works as advertised. It is sturdy and holds my Steam Deck with a case on it. All of the ports work as expected. The only thing I’ve noticed is if you accidentally touch the cord that comes from the dock, it sometimes will lose video signal. Usually can just unplug and re-plug and you are back in the game (pun intended).

Product worked well enough at first. Occasional disconnects while playing but they were infrequent enough and I was happy enough to ignore it as what I get for not purchasing the Steam version. Well, as the month went on, the disconnects got more frustrating and by the writing of this review the product has stopped working completely. The LAN indicator won't even light up. I've seen similar reviews of this item saying the same thing. Tried other wires, tried the original wire, tried the firmware update. I could only get it to connect to my PC by forcing the USB C in and slightly up and to the right. Still nothing. It's a faulty usb C power slot. Save your money and get the Steam version even if it's overpriced. This product is impossible to get support for too. Good luck if you get it.

This dock works perfectly if you want to seamlessly connect a keyboard and mouse, and even an external hard drive To the steam deck. Only issue that I have is that I can’t actually put the steam deck into the dock while my case is on it, which is fine. I keep the dock less than an inch behind the deck and the cable still has inches of slack.

Product summary: 10/10 would recommend.I have been using this dock for the last eight months on a fairly regular basis and could not recommend it more. It serves as my travel dock for my Steam Deck and has survived all the flights, car rides and train rides. It seems well built, not overly heavy and has advertised speed via Ethernet. I will update this review should I run into any build quality issues, overt failures etc.
4.0 out of 5 stars Mine won’t turn on anymore
Used to work great. Now it appears to be completely dead. Still functions as a little stand but something like this shouldn’t just die… right?!?Edit: reached out to support through the JSAUX website and my device was just out of warranty. Pretty convenient that it died within a week of the warranty .. ??? Anyway after some complaining they sent me a new device that is working properly, but not exactly sure what happened. I never moved the device from my shelf and it sat safely there plugged into power.

Well built dock that shipped fast and works well
30w Turbo with ROG Ally Z1E
It does the job, and works flawlessly. I received it today, Aug. 22, 2024, and it did not require a firmware update to run the Ally at 30w Turbo mode, it just did it out of the box. I am using a ugreen nexode 100w charger and ugreen 100w USB-C to USB-C cable.

Funciona bien para ROG Ally
A pesar de que esté dock originalmente fue pensado para la Steam Deck JSAUX (y nosotros como clientes) tuvimos suerte que la ROG Ally utiliza el puerto en un lugar similar y con dimensiones similares por lo que esté dock también es perfectamente compatible con la Ally, a pesar de ser un poco cara la recomiendo mucho ya que básicamente te permite convertir la consola a una PC de escritorio conectando monitores, teclado, ratón, discos duros, hasta ethernet para juegos en línea y descargas pesadas, muy recomendable, y con la última actualización de bios para la ally ya reconoce los 30w del cargador.Cómo peros le pondría que el cable USB queda justo, pero justo para la ally, funciona bien pero me gustaría que fuera un poco más largo en las revisiones posteriores.También la parte de goma donde se sostiene la consola por atrás se despegó un poco de una orilla, fue mi culpa y solo basto hacer algo de presión para que volviera a pegar, pero me gustaría que pusieran más pegamento en esas gomas para que duren más tiempo.
