The form-fitting mold is custom-built to hold the 3M Littmann CORE Digital Stethoscope and Eko DUO ECG + Digital Stethoscope in place.

My scope is protected nicely in this case! Wish they came in more colors so they don’t get mixed up at work. But a very nice case!

I was looking for a more protective case for my Littman Core and this is perfect, as it should be from the brand. Fits securely, zipper is stout. It’s a little large but it really couldn’t be made smaller without too much bending of the tubing. Trim enough still to slide into my work bag and gives me peace of mind that the stethoscope is protected. I live in a climate with extremely cold winters and have had two tubes accidentally frozen and broken when I forgot my bag in my car over night. I don’t plan on leaving it out, but by chance I do the tubing will be held in place and I can let it sit until it warms up.

I tried to get away using a generic case but the design of the Eko doesn’t work with traditional cases. It is a bigger than the other case but still manageable. I feel reassured that my (expensive!) stethoscope will be completely protected. I just wish it came in other colors aside from boring black. I also like the little inside pocket to hold the charging cord!

I have the longer Cardiac IV stethoscope. With the Eko attachment, it does not fit into the designated slot. It’s still a very nice case, I just removed the molded plastic insert.

I took a chance since the other reviews with the Eko didn’t fit. Mine fit just fine. My only concern was that the ear pieces would get smashed upon closing but I think they’ll be okay. The case is pretty big as well but it seems like a good fit for my scope so I’ll take it. Overall good purchase and I’d recommend it to others with the eko scope. Mine came with the eko attachment so that might be why mine looks shorter in length than the others in the pictures? Not sure but it worked for me.
