I stopped drinking coffee 5 years ago. Then my Egyptian neighbor had me try some Turkish coffee. I loved it and immediately started thinking about ordering a coffee machine. My neighbor loaned me a different machine until I decided. I ordered the Okka machine - the same one they had. And I am so happy I did. Its an all-in-one machine. It has different settings and a wire spinner inside which blends and foams the coffee up automatically. I have not tried foaming any milk only because I prefer to add a little cold milk in my coffee. The machine is quality and extremely well made. The interior of the carafe has a non-stick coating so it's easy to clean. I rinse with warm water and a very soft brush then air dry. It's compact size and lovely appearance is easy to place anywhere on my counter. Makes great tasting gourmet coffee fast and is a great value. Don't buy any other machine. Just start off right with the Artisan Okka.

First of all, product arrived with a few scratches here and there and a small dent. It is very hard to pour coffee from this and ends up all over the place (may be due to dent!) there’s little to no foam even when you use slow brew option and what’s a Turkish coffee without the foam ? It is supposed to keep the coffee warm for 35 mins. You are lucky if you get 5 mins! Not worth the money at all. It just gives you a boiling water taste and you cannot even taste the coffee! I was very hopeful about this product since I cannot start my mornings without Turkish coffee and drink at least 6-7 cups a day but unfortunately I’ll be returning it. Dreams shattered.

You can make 4 different type of Turkish coffee as it show on the picture you can make classic, strong, kozde- slow brew and milky. My favorites slow brew and milky! I love it! Easiest way of making Turkish coffee with rich flavor, thick and foamy! There is no more boiling over, cleaning cookstove and not waiting!! It is ready with one button after adding your desired water and coffee! The most important part is that milk never stick to the coffee pot and burn! Very easy cleanup with just water!

I don’t know what people who gave bad reviews expecting from Turkish coffee machine , but this is everything I expected, it does perfectly. You have different brewing options which most of Turkish coffee machine doesn’t have .( I can’t say difference between but still there ) you can make Turkish coffee with milk which again other Turkish coffee machine doesn’t support. Only thing that I don’t like you have to be careful to wash the pot , it is not dishwasher safe cuz there electric mechanisms underneath the pot . Beside that looks nice , so it’s job perfectly and easy to use

The media could not be loaded. This is an excellent Turkish coffee machine and is quite simple to prepare authentic Turkish coffee. Simply put your water, sugar, and coffee in the pot, turn it on, select the program that changes the flavor from classic to strong, slow brew and milk coffee and walk away. The slow brew feature simulates the hot sand brewing process, which is not accessible on other machines. It generates a good amount of crema and does so fast without the need to keep an eye on the pot. The machine has a sensor that will prevent overflow.For authentic Turkish coffee lovers this is the most effective and easiest way to get a good coffee cup.

Broken spinning device
The spinning device stopped working, I tried contacting them through email multiple times and never got a response.
Love the machine but don’t use milk in it!
I love the machine it’s very practical but if you want to put milk in it on the “sütlü” setting . The milk always burns on the bottom and gets stuck even after soaking with water it’s very difficult to clean!
