I'm going to keep these, because the quality seems pretty good for the price. I like the leather case for the scissors and the fact that it makes it easy to throw in a makeup back or travel with. The scissors seem dull to me. They do cut. I like the safety feature if the blunt ends, however, I wish the scissors themselves were sharper.

I was going to get a rotating trimmer, but I'm glad I found these scissors instead. The length of the blades and the overall scissors is suited to the task, and the finger holes are a good size. The protective case is a nice bonus.
