I bought this right on the Christmas time and it stopped working a week after, and I was very disappointed because I quite loved my coffee and I loved the ability of not spilling my Turkish coffee all over the stoveAnd went on Bolo and requested a replacement. I was surprised that the replacement made it the day after and it was awesome and I am enjoying my coffee every morning and it makes the foam and I don’t spill it everywher 😂I told my friends and they went ahead and bought two of them and they both love itI love this thing I don’t know what I’ve done before without it

This is the 2nd one I have to return. Getting the red light to turn on to run is very difficult. When it does turn on and the system beeps is done brewing it over flows, even though it says “anti-overflow system 😆. Very poor quality for the price.

Love this cute little Turkish coffee machine! When you push the brew button just hold it for 1 quick second or it won’t start brewing. Other than that it’s great!

We drink Turkish coffee every day so when our little coffee maker of 8 years broke down, we immediately searched Bolo for a unique coffee maker which had to be compact, easy to use and easy to clean. We received this beauty three weeks ago and have been using it every day. It was well packed and arrived on time. It is 110/120V rated which is suitable to use in the US. You will also need to purchase special Turkish coffee for this coffee maker.One caution for Turkish coffee makers like this one, do not fill the container all the way to the top with the water and coffee mixture, there is a line on the inside, don’t overfill. To measure the thinly ground special Turkish coffee, use the coffee measuring spoon that is provided. Also remember that Turkish coffee cup measurements are not the same as the US cup, they are much smaller like espresso cups which you can use if you don't have Turkish coffee cups.1 US cup is 236 ml, 8 fluid ounces1 Turkish small coffee cup is 90 ml, 3 fl oz.So when the directions tell you to add one cup of water per person, it means that you will need to add 3 fl oz of water and add 1 measurement of Turkish coffee with the measuring spoon that is provided. This will make 1 cup of Turkish coffee which is an espresso size cup. To make it for two people, double the water and coffee measurements, for three people just triple them. Be careful not to overfill though, always check the line inside the container.It's very easy to use, just follow the directions keeping in mind the difference between the Turkish and US cup measurements. All my friends have noticed and complemented our new coffee maker, it's fabulous! Afiyet Olsun!

After a few times of using it started to overflow the coffee that’s why I returned it and it was very light the material that it was made from was not high quality for that high price it should of been made better and the size of the machine is very small .

Since the second time we made coffee even with one measure of Turkish coffee it’s not stopping when it’s needs to and overflow all coffee. No matter even we put for one cup still same . Just so you guys know.

It’s simple, heats very quickly, and makes a great Greek style coffee. It’s also a quick, easy cleanup and looks nice on the kitchen counter. Trusting that it will keep on working the same (as I’m too cheap to buy the extended warranty).
