This product is part of my normal daily regimen for overall health and strength optimization, the ingredients are so simple because there is only one and it's unflavored so you can mix it with anything as there is no taste. Very easy to use and mixes great with anything and also it doesn't upset my stomach like some other products have in the past. This is a very ethical company and they keep things super simple and also very affordable.

Has no taste. Do your load phase then go to maintenance and you will see results. About 8% gains. Bigger pump. Not sure if it helps with recovery, but it does make you a little stronger. I would recommend for someone that has been consistently weightlifting for at least 60 to 90 days. I wouldn’t recommend creatinine for someone starting out.The product is good. And leave the scooper outside the jar. It’s long and not meant to be stored in the jar. It’s meant to reach down in when you are getting low. I have bought this product repeatedly. If you are looking for creatinine this is good.It does not dissolve in water. I don’t think any creatinine does. Drink plenty of water. You might notice an occasional cramping but that’s because it causes your muscles to retain water that’s how it works.

So far I like it! I honestly don't really know if it's doing anything because it's all internal and I haven't had it too long, but I've had no issues develop so I guess it's doing it's job! I know Creatine can cause headaches and such in other people, but I've been fine. My trainer says do at least 1 scoop (5g) a day even when not training.Dissolving: Some people complained it wasn't dissolving in their water, well yeah... Because your water is cold or room temp! I don't know any powder that dissolves in cold liquid. It's like mean you make sweet tea, you put the sugar in when the tea is still hot. Anyway! It says put it in any drink of your choice so naturally I do hot tea. It dissolves easily and has no taste! (I also use Naked's protein powder since it's water split and not chemical, love that since I can't do whey.)

Pure ingredients, little to no taste, great price
No taste when mixed with water and most other beverages, but because I read that creatine dissolves a lot better in warmer beverages, I was putting it in my tea but found that it completely altered the taste. I was trying to avoid the gritty feeling when mixed in cold drinks but it will dissolve with a little extra patience. Works well though and is very pure. I personally have no side effects that I notice

The product is good, taste is fine, I add peanut butter to mine which hides the taste of the whey, clean product, no side affects, no stomach irritation, no gas. Worth buying if you want a clean protein to consumeThe price is on the high side for what you get, its got so few ingredients but cost so much, I think it should be 30 ish pounds really, Chocolate was nearly an extra 20 pounds compared to the vanillaWould like to see a few more of there items for sale if possible.

Worth it
It was my first time i every used creatine and i was scared because there are a lot of fake products but after searching for a while i finally ordered this product. In first week i didn't notice any change in my body but after 2-3 weeks now it started working. Usually the next day after workout my muscle used to be very sore and used to pain when i touch them but now after using it my muscle recover very fast and i feel very less soreness and now my muscle also don't pain while touching. Good product but i guess there should be flavored options too because unflavored creatine taste a little chalky.
