The product is great. One of the buzzers was not registering on the console upon plugging everything in. Before I called customer service I tested each buzzer in all the inputs on the console. My red buzzer was not registering into any of the inputs. It would be easy to just send everything back to Bolo, but I decided to call customer service. They took care of me and it was a pleasure talking with them and resolving my issue with my red buzzer that was not registering on the console. Thank you so much for resolving this issue and sending out a red buzzer. That's how all customer service should be.

Great buzzer for trivia or family game nights! Lol@the sound of the yellow buzzer! So annoying! Wish they had a more affordable version, as the quality does not match the price. The item works as described and reveals who buzzes in first making it hard for the known cheaters to say they were first…Lol! Please make a more affordable version of this!

They are well made and great for use in the classroom. at your next meeting or just playing games at home! Item was exactly what I wanted (with quick shipping) but arrived broken. I think it would do just what I needed but no option to exchange on screen. Just option to return w/refund which was not what I wanted.' Was going to buy again but price was raised almost $20 from what I paid originally.This was a bad experience all around.
