As someone with a long history of complicated dental issues, I've become very particular about my dental products. When my hygienist told me that I needed to work at getting plaque away from my guns, I looked for a product to help with that and found this toothpaste. I've always liked Colgate, but this is an especially excellent toothpaste. It works very well, cleaning my teeth and gums thoroughly and leaving my whole mouth feeling great for hours, even after having my morning coffee.The mint flavor is strong but not overwhelming and fades in a reasonable amount of time. I would not eat or drink immediately after brushing, but you only need to wait a few minutes, not ages. The texture of the paste is smooth on the brush and friths with brushing to a solid foam that covers everything you want to clean. My teeth felt CLEAN the first time I used it and after regular use my mouth definitely feels cleaner than before, even after a night of sleeping open mouthed (thanks, allergies). My teeth are whiter, too.It's worth taking the time to find the toothpaste that works best for you. If you are also concerned about plaque and keeping your gums healthy, I definitely recommend this toothpaste!

This is the absolute best toothpaste I have purchased. It's worth the money. I feel like I just left the Dentist. The next morning, my teeth are still clean and free from morning breath. My teeth are whiter and definitely clean!! I highly recommend this

I have a gap between my two front bottom teeth and since everything naturally settle between your bottom lip and teeth, plaque forms there more quickly and regularly on/between those teeth and other bottom teeth. I love this toothpaste because it makes my mouth feel really clean and I don’t see or feel any plaque forming between that bottom gap or other bottom teeth. It’s not all that great for whitening, so I will be trying another brand for whitening, but will continue to use this at least once or twice a week help prevent plaque formation.

This is like a magical toothpaste. I'm a mouth breather and plaque hardens behind my bottom teeth and along the gum line in the teeth in the front of my bottom jaw.After my last dental visit, I tried this. It's been 6 months and I just went for my checkup an dmy dentist asked if I've been using like a dental pick/water pick, if I've been scrapping my own teeth, flossing...I was like nope. Just been brushing twice a day w this. He only scraped like once or twice and that was it. My teeth are white and no plaque. I will continue to buy this.

I’ve tried various toothpastes and this one is definitely the best one so far. The paste isn’t overwhelming but it makes your mouth feel very minty and clean. A little goes a long way since it foams up really nicely to get all areas inside your mouth. I also love that it saves space with the standing cap.

I am one of the unfortunate souls who needs this product. Not because of the product use, I am thankful to have this product. No, it's because of the suffering which I have had to endure every 6 months to get this crud uncomfortably removed from my teeth. Now first I have to tell you that the instructions say to use a one inch strip which I did but the flavor was very hard to tolerate. So I started using just a pea size and that has worked just fine. I started using it midway between dental visits , expecting to see this stuff disappear from my teeth, it did not, in fact, I couldn't see any difference at all. My dentist, before using that cursed device on me told me that it didn't matter which toothpaste I used, that they were all about the same though she had never heard of this stuff. In this visit I only got a glimmer of hope in that after she finished the job she said that my plaque came off my teeth pretty easy. So since I now had clean teeth I decided to use it some more as it should keep the plaque from forming, right ? Well it did not appear to me to be doing that. The build up in front came back after a few weeks and looked that same over time as it always did, but I decided to keep using it until my most recent visit just to make sure if it would work on me or not because I really wanted it to.. I really didn't have any hope. To my pleasant surprise, my technician told me she could see very little plaque on my teeth at all accept in the front and it came off very easy. The entire procedure was much much more comfortable than before!!! She said that the front teeth buildup is where the majority of it forms. And so think about it. Not only did this product make these torturous visits much more comfortable but the lack of plaque also means less gum and bone damage!!! Thank you Colgate for making this product, sorry I ever doubted you. I bought 2 tubes today so I will always have extras on hand and I will be getting up a subscription to keep them coming!

I’ve tried this toothpaste several times. It makes my teeth feel very clean, and I think it is very good at whitening. My problem is that I’m now sure I am allergic or extremely sensitive to one or more of the ingredients. Every time, after using it for about a week, my teeth become sensitive and the gums are irritated after brushing, and even further after drinking or eating. I end up in a bad cycle, brushing to make my mouth feel better, but it just gets more irritated and uncomfortable. This is obviously not something that happens to everyone and it doesn’t make the toothpaste bad, but I wanted to add this incase it can be of help to others that may experience similar.I find that I do better with Crest Gum Restore - oddly enough, not Gum Detoxify, so the latter may have similar ingredients to this one.

This really helps to whiten teeth and very good for cleaning. I I have my sensitive teeth and yet this really working fine for me. t is little expensive but worth it.
No extra benefits
I used two tubes with my wife, and after that we didn’t see any better benefits, when comparing to normal toothpaste. Price is also expensive.
