I like that the opener works as advertised. The shipment arrived a little earlier than expected, which was good. The instructions are not accurate. The codes in the booklet do not match the codes in the control panel, which left me confused and unsure of what to do. My installer figured it out but couldn't follow the instructions in the manual.

This product and the seller CoZ, are very difficult to work with. My unit keeps deleting the paired remotes and stopped allowing me to pair the remotes that came with the unit. The unit is currently not working and the customer support is terrible. I just purchased the unit in January and installed it in February and I have been troubleshooting this gate opener for weeks now. I found and downloaded the control box manual from the manufacturer and the instructions for the command menu have not helped. My control box continually loses the pairing on the provided remotes and now will not pair at all. I do not recommend this product as the customer service is not acceptable. I do not understand why a company that sells a product that needs to be programmed does not have a YOUTUBE video on how to do it. The instruction are translated and are vague and confusing.

works fine but the electric lock from the same manufacturer keeps open, hot and is starting to smell like burnt.

They were cheaper than most but the instructions for programming are terrible. We have not been able to program them to open and close in unison. Getting them to close perfectly is impossible. They do open easily but they can also be pushed open a little to easily. They are not good for security. I can open them so I don't have to get out of the car but after I come through the gate, I have to get out to close them. So what's the point?

Todo bien se ve de calidad tienen buen poder la tarjeta se ve buena la alimentación también funcionan bien serciorarse que tengan tope de apertura o cierre dependiendo el modo de instalación ya que se ajusta haciendo un poco de presión hacia el tope para marcar el límite de apertura
