Really hate the fact that Apple took off so many ports. But not only was this a good price but it had so much ports included and it’s super lightweight. Works great and the size is perfect and convenient.

Edited Review: I think Bolo makes it really hard to contact your merchant to discuss troubleshooting issues. Fortunately, the merchant/seller was able to offer me a full refund or send a new one. I opted for a new one because I really did like it when I initially had it. Hopefully, it won't have the same issue again 6 months later. I will update if that's the case. The merchant also showed me some steps, but it still didn't work on the old one. However, on the newer one it did work. It was working GREAT and worked with my KVM switch so it made it easy for me to switch between my work laptop and my personal desktop. I used the docking station for my work laptop since I require more USB ports. It stopped working all of a suddenly today.I know:It's not my KVM switch because the dual monitors work fine when I switch to my personal desktop.It's not the HDMI cables because when I plug each one individually into my work laptop, they still appear as an extended monitor.It's not my work laptop because it turns on and can recognize the other USB devices in the dock station.For some reason, it's ONLY the HDMI ports. Everything else like the USBs work just fine and my work laptop can recognize those. However, the HDMI ports are broken.So beware! I tried finding tech support, but it's no longer available since I am past the return window. That's what I get for being cheap. I guess I should find the original OEM dock stations for my work laptop now.I really liked the quality of the material if it did work. It's not some flimsy plastic although it could be a mix of metal and plastic. It keeps cool.

Been in use for around a week now. Works as advertised. Currently only driving 1 HDMI 4K monitor (60Hz). The second is spec'd at only 30Hz, but if I need a second one the DP should also support 60Hz. Has a fair number of USB ports, Ethernet. Am currently using a 90W power supply as input to the dock, and it drives the laptop fine. Have not used audio as I use Bluetooth for that. Seems to be very functional for the price.Con: the USB-C connection to the computer is short (~1 foot). I had to buy an extension cable to be able to keep cable where I wanted to route them. Factor that into the price.

Replaced an overpriced HP module because it wouldn't work with my newer monitors (using a laptop and two screens for work), not only was this significantly cheaper than that module, it is easier to use, smaller, doesn't require a power source, has more options, and has worked flawlessly.

Didn’t want to shell out $200+ for a more “permanent” docking station that would allow 2 HDMI screens. This was perfect, great price, easy to pack and go. Can run a little hot.

Update on 9/10/2024: after I this review, the vendor reached out to me via Bolo to offer a full refund or a replacement. I wanted to give this device, which I really liked when it worked. another chance. It was shipped fast & I received the replacement in 3 days. Great. It worked great, except, 3 of the 5 UDB ports didn't work at all. I have replied to the oroiginal message explsining the issue. That was 3 days ago & no response.I was going to change my rating to 4-stars, but now I leave it as 1-star until this gets resolved. I am happy my HDMI port works & I have 2 working USB ports. But, this is not enough. I will update this review if & when I hear back from the vendor.----------------------------------------------------So disappointed. I ordered it on March 2, 2014. It worked great for the 1st 5 months. For the past month the devices connected to the hub have been disconnecting in the middle of use. This means, I lose access to my mouse, additional screen, headset, etc. Rebooting the laptop sometimes works, but not all the times. I have the latest drivers. Starting the labor day weekend, I have no connectivity at all. My laptop only has 1 USB-C & without a USB-C mouse, I am forced to use the trackpad, which I hate & I can't use my external monitor, which I really need for work.I have written to the manufacturer 3 times, but they have ignored me. I paid a lot of money for this unit so i will have a reliable device for work, when I could have paid 15 bucks for the same quality.I will not be purchasing this brand any more.

So far so it is working perfectly. No issues. I also purchased the 3 year warranty just in case. I would have preferred to get one with 3 MST HDMI ports, but decided, I could work with what I have so far. I have not tried out the 10GB USB 3.1 ports yet, but I have no doubt it will work. And it arrived same day early!! I should take back all I have said lest I jinx it!

Edit: bumped up 2 stars for customer service. They reached out to confirm my issues and refunded me. For some reason this thing worked well when first received, but after about 75 days of use, it started having really poor performance. In particular screen is connected to it would flicker regularly and uncontrollably, devices connected to the USB ports would be irresponsive at times and also clicker, and nothing is really working smoothly anymore. It’s a shame because upon receipt it worked great but of course as soon as the return window closes everything goes wrong. I should’ve read more reviews as it seems like I’m not the only one with this problem. Stay away, given short lived nature of this.

Works great; Does what it says nothing more or less
Using Windows 10 on an HP ZBook... this thing works as well as the HP-brand $300 dock I have in my home office. Would recommend... oh wait, I haaaave recommended. Unfortunately, when things like this get popular, the price also seems to go up. I bought it for $90 only a few months ago, already it's $110.
Doesn't fit if you have a protective case on your Macbook
So far this product has been really good for all the uses I needed out of it.The build quality is really great, all the ports work really well and are sturdy. There is no part of the product that is creaking or a loose piece of plastic.It fits really well if there is no protective case on your Macbook, which I didn't mind removing but some people might.The best feature about this product is the Hdmi port. The resolution on that port which the monitor receives is really good in quality.This is definitely a good buy. The only thing that is left to be spoken for is the life of this product.So far it has been really good.
Don't work at all
I purchased this to upgrade my old Kmart 4 in 1. This 11 in 1 doesn't work at all. One screen works and the other is blank then both go on black screen. One screens says HDMI and then the other shows analog. Toggled many times and it's not stable. I reverted to my old 4 in 1 which works fine. It's on return process now.

i love the fact that you can charge your mac at the same time, this is a must have feature for every hub adapter. it's sturdy as well
