TLDR: fantastic moisturizer, one of my best purchases of 2023 by far, if not THE best one. Get this moisturizer, period, no hesitation.I have exceptionally dry skin that gets flakey easily and it’s especially difficult to treat because it’s also acne-prone, so most ingredients in other moisturizers that are targeted towards really dry and dehydrated skin break me out. I’ve been using this and the matching oat toner and let me tell you, my skin has never felt so soft and smooth and hydrated!! It’s so glowy and it’s a noticeable difference compared to before I started using it. At the time, my skin had dry patches AND active breakouts simultaneously and anything I used to try to remedy the problem just made it so much worse, so me and my skin were s t r u g g l i n g, let me tell ya. I cannot sing enough praise for this oat line. The consistency is wonderful, it’s thick enough to provide the hydration and nourishment my skin needs but it’s not so thick that it leaves a sticky residue or just sits on my skin… it melts into my skin like butter and leaves the most beautiful naturally “lit from within” dewy finish that most moisturizers tend to promise but fall flat on. There is almost no fragrance at all except a VERY slight oat smell (as to be expected) but it’s almost completely unnoticeable. If you look at the ingredients, the list is free from anything that could potentially clog your pores or irritate your skin in any manner. I also struggle with a lot of redness, I think related to rosacea, and I’ve noticed that not only does it minimize redness because of how soothing it is, but for me personally it seems as though it prevents my skin from getting irritated to the point of redness. It’s also worth mentioning that I incorporate tretinoin into my routine as well, so my skin barrier is fragile and this moisturizer seems to have strengthened it substantially. I have searched high and low for my “perfect moisturizer” that checks all my boxes and I’m delighted to say that I’ve finally found it!! Sometimes simplicity is the best route to take.

I was looking for a moisturizer since the one I was using was breaking me out, and saw that this one was recently released. So far I've been using it for two weeks and I think I've found my new holy grail! First off, the value is incredible - over 5 ounces for $21 is unheard of. Second it's very well formulated and perfect for sensitive skin.The name is "intense cream" but it's actually very lightweight, almost like a gel cream. It sinks right into skin and feels moisturizing without leaving a heavy film. I thought it wouldn't be enough at first I can leave this alone as my last step and still wake up without flaky, dry skin in the morning. It has a light scent like oatmeal that's actually pretty pleasant. Best of all, it doesn't irritate my eczema prone skin at all, it's actually very soothing (I think it's the oats)!Between this and the other products I've purchased recently, Purito has definitely redeemed themselves for me since the sunscreen controversy a few years ago. I will definitely continue to purchase from them and I'm excited to try other products as well!

…but an amazing, calming moisturizer.UPDATE: After further use and struggle with the pump, I decided to really think about why I wanted this moisturizer in the first place. Oats are so calming to the skin, but after surgery on my hand, I can’t use this bottle for a while. And, my skin hasn’t missed this product at all.In the meantime I switched to a Beta-Glucan serum, but I think I’ll permanently make the switch only due to the absolutely horrible pump of this Oat-In moisturizer. If you’re set on using this product as it’s the only oat-based moisturizer that doesn’t contain other known irritants, read on…——ORIGINAL REVIEW:I have Sahara-dry skin with rosacea, plus a mast-cell disorder which causes regular skin inflammation and severe flushing. With that, this gel-cream moisturizer is a fantastic addition to my routine!With the crappy pump, I use 20-25 pumps (teeny, minuscule squirts—imagine a dropper bottle but only about an eighth of the product actually comes out of the full dropper. It’s *that* level of annoyance) to cover my face, neck, and upper chest.I can see this being a great standalone moisturizer for someone with oily skin, but for someone with dry skin, expect to use it in addition to a heavier moisturizer to ensure proper skin barrier maintenance.It’s a great, simple-ingredient, creamy, light moisturizer with wonderful calming benefits that anyone can use.To note: I can’t consume oats (I’m also a Celiac, and the avenins in oats trigger an immune response in me similar to the way it responds to gluten), but I benefit greatly from topical application. As long as you don’t have a contact allergy, this seriously will work for anyone.Hope this helps!Oh, and the last matter: The bottle is designed to be easily recyclable with no label adhered to it. I love the design and concept! But it does arrive naked in an Bolo package—meaning no recyclable box or anything protecting the bottle from germs.This is my second purchase of this moisturizer, and I just wash the bottle in cold water with a mild soap so I don’t accidentally smear everything it’s come in contact with on my face—not a big deal. But what annoyed me was Bolo putting its product label sticker on the second bottle…. I can’t get that sucker off! The ink certainly got all over my hands while trying, though. So, I just cold-washed it like the previous bottle. The ink came right off, and I was able to peel about half the label off too. But Bolo putting a sticker on the bottle eliminates Purito’s packaging goal so…. Just thought I’d give you a head’s up.
Very gentle, nice basic moisturizer
I needed a gentle moisturizer as I ruined my skin barrier with a vitamin c cream that did not work for my skin. This is so soothing and calming, nothing fancy but perfect if you have sensitive skin or have destroyed your skin barrier like I did.

I have been using tret 0.1 for anti aging for a few months now and as anyone who uses it knows it can be very drying, this is the BEST moisturiser I have found for helping manage the dryness & I have tried so many!I love most Asian beauty products now (thanks Reddit!!)You get such a large amount in this bottle & it has lasted me so long as I only use a 3-4 pumps for my face, neck & decollete after using tret. I wake up and my skin feels soft & silky with no signs of irritation, it absorbs well & has a very light scent which is oaty.I would recommend it for any skin type honestly and it is vegan & cruelty free!!!
Very moisturizing
A littleGoes a long way! I do love how moisturizing but not oily the product is. The pump is not great so I had to put another one on the bottle. Doesn’t irritate my very sensitive skin.
Money saving cream.
I like that it have pump and it's more hygienic to dispense.Plus in one pump it doesn't give you humongous amount like other brands have so you have appropriate amount.Doesnt have any other any scent to it other than original.To be honest it even smell like grinded oats mildly so doesn't bother me at all.It have rich texture so mostly using it at night or winter time.Was pleasantly surprised by natural ingredients amount in it.My BF using it as well and for his sensitive dry skin it's like holly grail.

Le produit est bon en lui-même, il hydrate vraiment plus que les crèmes moyennes, mais pas encore assez pour moi. Bon point, il ne m'a pas déclenché de réactions et pourtant j'ai vraiment la peau sensible.
