    i purchased these for a school lab where mice are abused on a regular basis. Everything appears fine when first connecting the mouse however after a few days the mouse just disappears from the screen and plugging in a new mouse does nothing. The only solution is to reboot the computer and then it works again for awhile. This has taken place on every computer that I used one of these mice on. The computers in question are Dell Precision Tower 3420. Updating the mouse drivers to the most recent version did not help
