My only con is that the packets are hard to open, I end up having to use my teeth to get them started, which is less than ideal considering it’s a packet full of chemicals. But, if you’re careful it’s not an huge problem. Otherwise, these work amazing for camping! Really covers odors and gels up super fast.

Have tried many of these products designed to gel fluid. Mainly used to gel urine in emergency bathroom needs while traveling or primitive camping. This product also has a mild scent that helps mask odors.LOVE IT EXCEPT some packages are very hard to open. Wish they'd sell it in a scoopable form and then I would nvr buy another brand! The cost is reasonable and it does smell decent, does gel within reasonable time frame.Despite its name, it is not for poo at all and won't harden, soften, or in any way change that. Picture powder in an inner layer of a baby diaper and instead of urine leaking out when baby pees, the powder turns it to gel. This is pretty much the same as what's in diapers.

I guess it technically works, for a very small amount. It was not what I was expecting tho. You would need many packages to do any good. Would not buy again.

Use these camping. They are very effective, and easy to use. Great value as well!I take them out of the box and store in a sandwich bag for storing in my backpack. Box is too bulky.
