I love it’s in a foil pouch that’s easy to open and pour in a dish. Although, I wish the pouch was resealable for storing after opening in the refrigerator. My cat begs for his morning bowl of Purina Pro Plan Veterinary Supplements Hydra Care CatSupplements. It seems to have a flavor and smell my cat hasn’t gotten tired of in the 3 months he’s been getting it. This is the first product able to entice my cat to drink enough to stay hydrated and improve his urinary output without causing any painful crystals.It’s kind of pricey but definitely worth it for what it does for my cat.

One of my male cats has recurring crystallized urine due to insufficient water intake. This supplement I'm exactly what is needed to keep me out of the vet's office. The cats love this and my cats are so picky! Good investment!

I have two very picky Ragdoll cats who refuse to eat wet food. They love their dry food and crunch snacks, so hydration was always a worry of mine as this breed can be prone to getting blockages and UTI’s and that can be life threatening and costly! I give 2 packs of these to each of my boys a day and they are as healthy as can be and they love the taste. If you are a person that tends to worry about fluid intake like I do I recommend these %100 they are worth it!

After seeing how much it worked, I bought another box for the shelter I worked at and it has become one of our regular inventory items. If your cat is not feeling well or lightly dehydrated, this is THE stuff. It's effective, and the smell isn't too bad as long as you shake the packet first. The cats love it, and that's the most important part!

I had to get this because my vet said one of my cats was not retaining water and was dehydrated. He is 19 and we have a problem with him not eating his prescription food well. Now I drown his food with this and he eats very well. My other cat has to get liquid medicine twice a day and often hid from me. New she gets a small dose of this and (all be it reluctantly) does not hide so much.

My cat has kidney disease, and my vet recommended this product for keeping my cat hydrated. This has worked very well, especially when my cat is finicky and doesn’t want to eat all of her food, she loves this supplement, so I know she’s getting some fluids. My brother uses this to mix in his cat’s meds, and I wish I knew about this product when my other cats were taking meds. My cats are so sensitive to smell and would reject food with meds mixed in, but this product has a good, strong smell that makes medicine easier to mask and is helpful for picky eaters. The only negative is the packaging. I like to administer a partial packet and it’s messy to use and store if you’re not using the entire packet at once.

My vet recommended this for my 13-year old cat whose kidney functions are in the high end of the normal range. This is mostly because she doesn't drink much water. She loves this stuff. I pour it around her wet food like a gravy. Later in the day she demands more.We've started using it and I hope it improves her kidney function.

My cat is 15yrs old, is boarder line, with kidney issues and no matter what I do, he won't drink more (even tried broth). He will only drink fresh water from my shower (I use a portable water soften); so I'm theorizing it's the salt. My vet suggested these. The day I received this item, I opened up one, and gave it to to him. He avoided it like the plague. I looked at the expiration and it was 7 months past. That was disturbing. If you order pet consumables, always make sure you look at the expiration the day you receive it.
