I never do reviews. However, this "simple" product is very well made. And produced and sold by a small company. If this paper towel holder did not function well, I wouldn't bother with a review. But this stainless steel holder is beautiful in design and has an ease of function - meaning getting rolls in and center tubes out is a breeze. Oh, and the spring mechanism is a winner.

I was delightfully surprised at the quality and precision working spring mechanism which makes tearing off a single paper towel a one-hand operation. Very ingenious and unique invention. When you take it out of the package, the weight makes you realize immediately, this is an unusually high quality product. I don't usually write reviews but as an engineer, my hat goes off to the creators!

I got this to hang on a flat panel cabinet door. The adhesive had to work or I couldn't use it. It's been up over a month and so far, the adhesive is doing a great job holding it. We are very pleased with this purchase, it's a high quality stainless steel holder. The only thing I would say to be aware of is it holds the roll so securely that it won't spin on the holder. If you like to pull off multiple sheets at once by pulling hard and unrolling them, this might not be the hanger for you. On the other hand, we like this feature because it allows to rip off one sheet at a time using only one hand without unrolling several sheets at once. Just a personal preference type thing.

This paper towel holder is built sturdy! The metal feels a tad heavy so I’m not confident that the adhesive will be enough to keep it attached. Will probably add a couple of screws just to be safe. We bought this for an RV so I was looking for a paper towel holder that won’t let the roll unravel when the vehicle is in motion and this fits the bill. The paper towel roll fits tightly enough that you can pull a sheet at a time with one hand if you want. Also looks nice. Win-win!

I installed it horizontally with screws, in a motor home. It holds the largest size Bounty pick-a-size rolls. It allows one- handed operation, and the roll won’t unroll and spin extra towels you don’t want. This innovative towel rack isn’t going to have the entire roll pull out and fall to the floor. Plus it looks great and is very nicely made, I shopped carefully and read hundreds of reviews. I don’t believe there is a better towel holder on the market.I paid for this myself. It was not free for reviewing.

The coiled springs on each end could be used as shock absorbers for an automobile. Even if they were easy to compress, the two ends of the holder are too close together to insert a paper towel roll.
