Good system overallInstallation was easy and pretty much plug-and-play, but there are also many different settings that can be changed if you like.I bought the system in April of 2022 but was unable to install it until November of that year.the system fired right up and worked great for the first 9 months, in July of 2023 I had 3 cameras fail, possibly due to the extreme Texas heat.I contacted Zosi Customer Service and got a response within a few hours from a very helpful person named Slina. technically I was out outside of the 1 year warranty but after explaining I hadn't installed the cameras right away and had only been in use for 9 months, they were willing to help.3 new cameras arrived a few days later, I swapped them out and sent the old ones back.Thanks for your help Slina!

The hardware was easy to connect and is reliable with good resolution. I wanted a system that provided the ability to record 24/7 with activity alerts. The problem is the software, including the system software, the mobile phone app, the desktop app, and the Alexa skill. First, the system software (preinstalled on the NVR) is tedious and not intuitive. Is not obvious where the various functions are located they are not grouped logically. Second, the mobile phone app is equally non-intuitive. It took a week to get push notifications to work with help from tech support. It required two NVR software upgrades to get the push notifications to work. Third, the desktop app is not consistent in layout or function with the NVR s/w or phone app. It is equally difficult to navigate and has limited functionality. Finally, the Alexa skill does not work. According to tech support, the Zosi skill is not designed to work with this system, so there is no Alexa integration at all. Not of software makes it particularly easy to review alerts - all menus and timeline contain different information (you see one thing in the system software, something different on the phone app, and something different on the desktop app). I gave the product 4 starts because it does work well for the price in spite of the software limitations. Would I buy it again? Not sure.

I ordered the four pack I got them installed them and one would not switch to black and white night mode so the view was almost all black on the monitor during the night. Bolo wanted me to pack all four cameras back up and return them. Zosi wanted to message back and forth way to much but finally decided to replace the one camera. I go the replacement and it is doing the same so I installed new connecting wires and still neither would work. So I switched them out with the positions where there where cameras that where working just fine and still the two cameras don't switch to black and white mode they stay in color mode and at night the view on the monitor is mostly black I can't make out any thing. I can not recommend Zosi but I can recommend Lorex they cost a little more but in the past ten years I have never had a problem with there cameras. Save yourself a long wait and many messages back and forth along with many installations just to uninstall and reinstall several times just to find out that the replacement does not work and you end up with three working cameras out of five. It did amaze me that they sent me a replacement without the return of the bad camera but then I got another bad camera! There are several manufacturers please shop around! I added two photos to show just what I am talking about the photo with the car is a Zosi Camera that works right and goes into black and white mode for night vision the mostly black picture is a Zosi camera that does not switch into black and white mode instead it stays in color mode and the night vision is horrible. The real problem is they keep wanting more pictures after I give them the pictures they request first. The demands to get the problem taken care keep getting added too first these pictures now they want pictures of the camera at night. It is like they don't want to solve the issue. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER YOU WILL GET BAD EQUIPMENT THAT DOES NOT WORK AND YOU WILL NEVER GET A DECENT SOLUTION AND WORKING CAMERAS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Buy anther brand like LOREX they may cost a little more but they have great equipment and I have never had a single problem with LOREX.
5.0 out of 5 stars I bought this to replace one that has began to sweat inside the lens.
My camera system is about 3 yrs old now and it came with 8 cameras. I have one on the north corner of my building that never really gets any sun to dry it out. The lens went foggy inside and it blurred the image, so I bought this one to replace it. I'll replace it and see if I can take the old one apart to clean it and keep as a spare. The other 7 cameras are still going strong.UPDATE: I replaced the old camera with the new one and the picture is perfect again. I took the old camera apart, it's easy to do. The front lens just screws off. I cleaned the fog off the inside of the protective lens and the picture is perfect again. So now I have a spare. If someone has this camera with a sweat problem I advise you to take it apart and clean it before you order a new one. You don't even have to take it off the wall, just unscrew the lens counterclockwise to take it apart and clean the inside and screw it back on.

These work so well and easy to set up i started with 4 now up to 10! Don't hesitate ppl just buy them you'll appreciate these.Matt
Fantastic value
With these cameras, based on the price,.I didn't think they would be even half as good. These do everything my friends wireless cameras do and more. Install was 2 hours (while very hungover, would not recommend).Notifications.are great, the computer screen has fantastic quality and the app is user friendly.

I am extremely happy with these cameras. These were purchased to add to my existing system and they have very clear pictures. My brother purchased the dvr to replace his old system and we had problems with a previous camera being black and white. I contacted support and they were amazing. ERNEST, KARBY, and AMY D responded to my emails extremely fast. We had communications throughout the day with approximately 10-12 emails back and forth and not one message took longer than 20 minites. I was blown away with support. Fantastic job to these 3 individuals.
