Love this cereal with O sugar. I bought one at Ralph’s but they never had it stocked again. Bolo, naturally had it and got three boxes delivered right away! 🫶🏼👏🏻👍🏻

I rarely write reviews, but I consider this one to be a requirement to be a human being.I ordered this, got it, poured up a bowl with the allotted serving size and some whole milk (I know, but it's all I had).The first warning sign was that the 'food' does not break down in your mouth. It's strange and I was unable to simply eat the cereal by swallowing. I had to have a glass of water handy. I also noticed a faint chemical taste when the cereal hit the back of my tongue on the way down, something the front of my tongue could not detect. It was brief and mild, so I forged on.About halfway through the bowl of cinnamon dust, I got distracted. About ten minutes later, I started VIOLENTLY throwing up everything in my stomach and then some. There is something deeply wrong with this cereal, and I might actually have it tested, even though mine did not look like it had been tampered. It makes me concerned there might be some kind of contamination involved in a batch.Do not buy this.

Wow, what took me so long to try this high protein cereal. Special K has definitely gotten the memo about having a delicious tasting protein cereal. I finally tried this cereal and have had it for the past 4 days in a row - IT IS THAT GOOD! If you are looking for something with a great flavor and high protein, and ZERO added sugars, you MUST purchase this brand. Great job Special K!

Poured exactly 1/2 cup.added unsweetened almond milk. 15 minutes after eating this cereal, I have heartburn feeling in my throat. Very strange aftertaste accompanied by headache. Very upset as well regarding box sizes. Not at all worth purchase price.

This cereal tastes pretty good, nicely cinnamony and holds up well to the milk. It's slightly chalky which I think is to be expected of a high protein cereal. However, it's quite expensive for three smaller than average boxes of cereal.

I’ve had these with actual milk( truly nauseating), almond milk, yogurt and even dry. It’s like eating chewy slightly cinnamon dusted packing material on all fronts. Bordering on inedible no matter how it’s prepared, almost plasticy and actual milk makes it akin to chewing wet cardboard combined with an aftertaste that makes me feel sick. This is kind of incredible for how nasty it is, quickly becoming a dare type food. As in I dare you to eat it, truly vile “cereal”. To the extent that it is comedic how nasty it is, plus it seems like a choking hazard with its synthetic structure and semi rubber texture when combined with any liquid, especially dairy.
