I’m glad that I purchased this espresso machine. The price is so generous for what you’re getting. It’s cute so it adds to the decor in my home. It’s lightweight and not too big in size, so it fits anywhere that’s near an outlet. Not to mention the quality of the espresso is great. I was a little worried about the noise the machine makes at first, but that honestly just comes with making an espresso. I find it soothing in the mornings now. The machine heats up so quickly that it’s one of the lay things I do before I leave out for the day. It has added so much to my life!

Great price shipped on timelove the mechanical pressure gauge built pressure fast, metal toggle switches, and the retro aesthetic. Not too heavy, not too big, not too small, handles work well for carrying.Works great, easy to use, easy directionsrequires a little bit of attention and just little involvement.It produces a very nice espresso with good amount of crema.The steam wand is long , powerful and loud when frothing the milk I’m new at frothing but after using, I did run steam through wand to clear and milk residue so it will continue to work properly.Water reservoir is a thick plastic not concerned of cracking. This is my first Espresso Machine as I am pretty new to coffee. The machine is so easy to use and works beautifully, plus the look of the machine is very nice and looks great on my counter.

I'm 75 and not a coffee snob, so take this for what it's worth. The Shots are as good or better than the cheep De'Longhi we replaced. The pre-infusion feature is good and pressure is sufficient. The only feature I have trouble with is when making more than one drink. When you switch to steam mode it increases temp and takes a long time to cool down so the shot cycle will work. I Haven't used the frothing wand enough to get a good froth, so I use the frothing machine I already had. This works out good because I froth at the same time I pull Shots.

Takes a few runs to get it going, but once it’s all set and ready to go it works great. Good for easy morning espresso and cleans very nicely! Looks great in my apartment (I got the white one). Very nice!

I initially wanted one because I'm tired of buying a 7 dollar mediocre latte and since I have the knowledge to make latte, I bought this on Prime day(s)! It works exactly like I would like it to. Makes it taste great! Heats relatively quickly (steam to brew takes a bit longer but I make lattes and not macchiatos). The only issue I would have is that it doesnt shut off automatically for shots. Obviously it doesnt know when because you have a single shot and a double shot option BUT most people dont know what a "single shot" looks like. I didnt know and it accidentally got water all over my counter because I walked away but I learned really quick not to do that 😂. I also think it's really cute!

UPDATE:SUMSATY finally got in touch with me and sent a replacement unit. The new unit is working as expected and I'm happy with the quality of espresso it makes. It was painful getting the replacement unit, but now that I finally have it, I am happy with the drinks that I am able to make.====================================================I purchased this product in January and upon receiving it, I read all instructions, and could not get the product to function. Materials in the box instructed that any issues should be sent directly to the manufacturer at the provided email address. I contacted them about the unit not working and provided videos to verify I was operating the unit correctly.Initially, they were prompt in their responses and said that they would be replacing the unit, but the black unit was currently back ordered and would be available in late February to early March. I said that was fine and was happy to wait. I followed up with them numerous times in February and March and have not heard back since. I have not received a replacement unit or a response to my numerous emails asking for an update. I should have immediately returned the product through Bolo rather than dealing with SUMSATY directly as I am now out all the money I spent on this machine.
Once I learned it, I really liked it
I want to start by saying the customer service is great. My first machine had a problem out of the box and they refunded it so I could get another quickly. I appreciated that and even though that was 6 months ago good service makes an impression on me.I make nice latte's with this, and can get several made pretty quickly. The quality is very good on the latte's and the price is decent on the machine. I don't do a lot of reviews unless something stands out, and this does for me and I've enjoyed many a nice morning latte from this. It took me a few days to learn the machine but once I did it was off to the races.
Maquina muy buena para el hogar
Funciona bastante bien, tanto la extracción como el espumado son bastantes buenos, la maquina no es cara y da la función para lo que está predestinada, cómo para el hogar u oficina funciona al 100, no es difícil de usarse y la presión no se pierde tan facilmente así como no tarda en calentarse para empezar a trabajar
Beautiful. And makes good coffee
First thing, to be clear, this is not an expensive machine. The cost is reflected in the fact that everything that can be plastic is plastic. It flexes when you put pressure on it and the portafilter is comically lightweigt. However, the switches on the front are heavy duty mechanical switches that make a satisfying thunk.More importantly, it does make a good shot. If you are looking for a commercial machine this isn’t for you. Steam function is ok, has a hot water dispenser. For the price this is an easy 5 star.
Excelentemente buena
Tengo ya 2 meses con la cafetera y no he tenido problemas con ella. La presión que tiene en la extracción como con la manguera de acremado es muuuuy buena para su precio. Si tuviese que decir algo que no me gustó es que es 90% plástico pero se ve resistente.
Seems impossible to repair
After a year, the nozzle for steam is suddenly half the flow. I made a mistake and there was not enough water in the tank at some point and now the espresso function is not working either. I can’t seem to find any instructions for repair nor be able to contact the seller. There is no obvious place to open the machine.
