I thoroughly enjoy the 4th Quarter Energy. I take towards the end of my workout and it’s gives me an extra push! I also take towards the end of my work day in preparation for my workout. Gets the juices flowing and increases focus!

I use this stuff towards the end of the day to help me get the last push in before going home to my family. Just enough boost to keep me active and alert until its time to wind down in the evening. Sure there are more effective products out there, but this is the line where the cost vs effectiveness becomes exponentially disproportionate. This is the best bang for your buck if you are a working stiff like me trying to find a good alternative to expensive energy drinks. Highly reccomend following the instructions and now guzzling a bunch of this stuff down. This should be the last caffeine you have for the day and should be taken before 3pm if you wanna be in bed before 11pm.

This was the first and only pre-workout I've ever used, so I didn't/don't know quite what to expect, which is why I rated a little higher than I should have.I used the stated amount of water-powder ratio initially, but it was definitely chalky all the way through even with avid mixing. The flavour is actually quite pleasant, I like the orangey tang. The main issue I had was the effect: I didn't have any. The caffeine content suggested that I should have had jitters, but I was yawning all throughout the gym. I understand there is a tolerance and chemical aspect as for different people getting different effects, but, for me, I can comfortably say that I won't be purchasing this specific pre-workout again.
