What I can say is this goes on easily. As other reviewers have said, it feels sticky initially, but dries weightless. I also think it dries quickly so keep that in mind when applying. I do feel as though this is a light product, it does not make me feel like I am wearing a mask. I feel like it evens out my skin texture but I am unsure what, if anything, it does for my foundation and powder (both also e.l.f. brand) but I have not tried using them without this primer. So far I am pleased with this product.

I bought the green version of this a while ago and loved it however it made me break out, so I decided to try this one out. after I finished my last bottle that I had, I decided to try another brand but I barely started it because it didn't give the flawless finish that this one gave me, so I got this one again. feels good on the skin and leaves your skin with a dewy finish

I’m blown away by how well this drugstore priced primer works! The picture is my face over 12 hours after I put my makeup on. And that’s 44-year-old skin! My process here was toner, moisturizer, this primer, then foundation and setting powder. Let it dry for about 1 minute before applying your foundation.

This primer is the best! It goes on light, but it’s so sticky when you first out it on. I promise it doesn’t feel sticky all day. It dries in 30 seconds, and has been great for me to feel like my makeup doesn’t slide off my face by the end of the day.

I was skeptical about this product but it was recommended by a friend. I was blown away from the first application. The primer is easy to apply, it does not feel sticky and it does not "seal" my skin. My skin feels like it can breath. My make up stays intact all day with out cracking. In my opinion, this primer works much better than products that costs twice or three times more. This one is a keeper.
