So original message:I received my order of Cardio Salmon Oil today 9/7/2024 and it says best before: 06/12/2024. I went to return or exchange and it said this item was not eligible for return. I am rating this a one star until it is fixed.Update:I'm dumb... So I changed to a 5 star. In the U.S. we do month/day/year for expiration dates. This is actually day/month/year. My vitamins are good until Dec 6th 2024. Everything is great, these are perfect. The only complaint is the expiration rubs off with one touch. I'm glad I took a pic to remember the expiration day!!!

I have been taking these for about a month or so can't tell if they are working yet . I'll give another month or so and edit my review if possible but on thing is true there's no fishy after taste so guess that's a pluse.plan to buy another and if I don't see any real improvement as for cholesterol,heart and eye health then Ill move to another brand

So today is day 3 of me taking the capsules so far. I got the fish oil +D3 as my labs showed I was deficient. I have had fish oil capsules in the past and they had a much different color and gave me the most disgusting fish burps ever. THESE CAPSULES DO NOT GIVE YOU FISH BURPS. They’re truly awesome. I have noticed my lethargy and fatigue has decreased as well. I now have these on auto ship. Thank you so much!

Take these on the daily, no idea if they help anything but the good news is no fishy taste, smell, or burp ups. On my second bottle and while I have not done labs in over a year so I have no baseline, I know fish oil is good so I'll keep taking them till I shouldn't.

En la imagen que tienen en el cuadro nutricional establecen unos valores de que tiene omega3, EPA y DHA muy altos pero es todo falso por qué una vez que ya me llegó el producto y pude observar su tabla nutricional el contenido de omega3, EPA y DHA no llegan a la tercera parte de lo que mencionan en la imagen, engañan a la gente ya que por el valor que pague por este producto pude haber conseguido otro de mejores características.

Great Omega 3 Fish Oil Supplement – Saves my family money 😊
I bought these omega 3 6 9 capsules as purchasing the salmon or cod two or three times a week for a balanced diet can be expensive. I was really interested to find out that all the omega fatty acids are retained within the capsules as there are no chemicals used during extraction. This was exactly what I needed.Previously I was using cod liver oil capsules, which gave me horrific reflux. I’m glad to say I haven’t experience this with these salmon oil capsules. I take two each morning, after breakfast and with water, and so do my kids. Being 1000mg they are smaller than the 2000mg capsules, which makes it easier to convince my 11-year-old to take!After the first 2 weeks of taking them, I already feel an improvement. I’ve also noticed that I’m able to concentrate better at work – looking at a screen all day can be strenuous, and I feel healthier. My 11-year-old also says he’s finding it easier to focus whilst at school, also.To summarise: The product is great, and it works. A good product for those looking for un-chemically treated products which give you the benefits of eating a balanced diet without the cost and without force feeding ha ha!
