    I took for 60 days and not only was there no improvement, at times hot flashes were even worse. While that may have been coincidence they definitely did nothing to lessen them. I was so hoping this would work, but like hundreds of other products I have tried nothing works to slow these things down.

    Since my wife has started taking them she has been in a better mood. She also has not had any hot flashes at night time. If you are on the fence about these i would say you need to try them.

    I am in the trenches of peri menopause and woukd be the textbook example of 90% of the symptoms. I have a history of hormone imbalance due to endometriosis, fibroids and ovarian cysts. Finding anything that has helped me with the life change that doesn't come with a risk of worsening any of those conditions is difficult. This one seemed to be helping with the night sweats but it made me irritable and short tempered after about 2 weeks of taking it. I stopped it and in a week or so I wasn't so quick to snap. This would probably work fine for someone without hormone issues outside of peri menopause but it didn't help me.
