I bought this device and never had again problems with the external monitor connected to my MacBook Air 13". Before the screen used to blink a lot, the old device was super hot all the time and I noticed it consumed a lot of energy from my laptop. Now with this new device, all those issues are gone. Works fantastic
I have not tested this on a 4k display yet but this works great with my desktop, laptop and mobile. Using this I also play emulated ps2 games on my TV after connecting my samsung 23 ultra to the TV and attaching gamepads. All ports and connections work perfectly.
Very useful device
Now I can connect usb flash drives , external hard drives and even connect it to projectors and smart TVs to make presentations through my tablet.. I no longer need my laptop anymore .. just I carry my tablet along with this wonderful piece of.. also pricing is nice and very good quality.
