Easy to use. Holds three liters (or 12 cups). Set the feeder to whatever you want your feeding times to be. Food spits out in programmed amounts. Extra feed times can easily be added if needed. My kitties don’t mind dispensing sound. They actually go running to it when the food comes out….realizing that they will in fact live yet another day.

The media could not be loaded. Set it up as soon as it arrived. Super simple to put together and easy to setup the auto timer (just follow the instructions exactly which are very clear). And if you need to dispense a little more food, you can manually dispense a portion at a time.It ran at the set time this evening so I can confirm the timer and dispenser work. It's super straightforward.Note: I didn't find the product specs including the food bowl (total footprint dimensions) and I guesstimated by the pictures it would be just under 12 inches deep. I guessed right! The mat you see in the pics is 12x18, in case anyone is wondering.People say it's hard to open the top, but because it's so large, I just wrapped my right arm around it like a teddy bear and twisted the top off with my left hand very easily. Simple! And once it's full it's heavier so you can just twist it open with both hands.I'm trying to convert my feral outdoor kitty to an indoor kitty. As you can see, she started eating from it tonight, so it's kitty approved.This thing looks great, is sturdy, is easy to setup, and does what it says it will do. Plus it was very affordable. What more can you ask for!

This is a sturdy built feeder; I think it is a good value considering it’s low cost. (I.e. it could be better, but I didn’t pay for better).It fits the entire 3 lb bag of cat food that I use I to the storage tank, so it has good capacity. It was easy to program and came with good instructions.It does give out more food than the dispensing chart indicates, but you can program/alter this to the appropriate amount easy enough. In other words, their chart said to set it at level 4 to dispense 1/4 cup food, but I found setting it at level 3 was better so that I did not overfeed my cat.Also, the lid on the top of the container was hard to get on and off. It is too big for me to grab it and twist it off with one hand (like you would open up a jar). So I had to use two hands to twist the top, but then I could not use my other hand to stabilize the whole unit so the unit would twist while I tried to get the lid off and that made it hard to twist the lid off. But… I would still buy this product as overall it works well.

Overall, this so far is working well in terms of functionality. It dispenses as directed and we've had no problems with it mechanically. It is a bit loud when the food dispenses and actually even wakes me up some time when the food drops into the bowl in the middle of the night. Also, we have 2 cats, one who is on a diet. We bought two of these thinking one for each cat, but they eat each other's food, so not sure if this will be a good long term solution for us. I will say it's nice to know they are being fed when we're not home during the day, but it hasn't stopped them from still crying for their wet food in the morning.

Less expensive than many other automatic feeders, yet works like a charm!I bought three of these for my three cats because each of them has special dietary requirements.Programming the times and portions may have been a little cumbersome, but once I got the hang of it, I can now adjust these easily.It is dependable so far - works on time and allows me to leave home for a night knowing the cats will be fed. It is not noisy, and it is hilarious to see the cats race downstairs to eat when the kibble comes into the bowl. THe battery backup feature is also great, as there are frequent power outages in my area.

Went out of town, this was perfect to make sure my cat was fed regularly while away. Of course I still had someone checking on her, but this made sure she got her meals on time everyday.

We bought this for weight control for our cat. It did take a little bit to set up as it was not straight forward. But once it was set up it dispensed the food as expected.

We have 3 of these for each of our cats. They work really well, the only reason I knocked off a star is because for some reason, even if we set the times at the exact same second, eventually the times start to fade into different minutes, so 1/3 of them will go off 2 minutes after the others have gone off and one cat gets less food than the others. So we have to reset the times again every so often. If you’re just getting one then you’re golden!! Great feeders, aesthetically pleasing, the beeping is also loud enough to wake you up but that doesn’t bother us at all I just fall right back to sleep happily knowing my boys are being fed. I recommend this product!
Finnegan and Jigs Love Their IMIPAW Feeder
We were doubtful when we bought this feeder that it would work for us. It was a bit tedious to program, but once set, it worked accurately and as expected. Our cats Finnegan and Jigs race to the feeder when they hear the food drop - it's funny to watch. They also wait patiently for about 10 minutes before feeding.We were sad when our particular model stopped working, but were extremely pleased with the customer service we received from Imipaw, within days our guarantee was honoured, pleasantly and completely.five star customer service and product

Works great!
Originally got this and the clock ran faster than real time so the feeding was always a bit off more and more daily. The seller eagerly wanted to fix the faulty product so I could get exactly what I purchased. They sent me a new one within a few days and the clock matches real time! This product is easy to set up and my cat loves it. (I also love being able to sleep past 6am now too!) the seller seems to really care if each buyer is happy with the product which is a bonus to me when purchasing anything!!
