    After years of not being able to grow my nails, this product really helped. I tried others, but this was the most beneficial and at a decent price. It also helped my thinning hair. It's worth a try, but it may take a few months depending on how depleted your system is.

    I love this vitamin because it promotes skin nails and hair growth. I love that it has an immune booster in it and the pills are easy to swallow. I recommend this to anyone interested in health and wellness and the price is good for the money

    Because of various medications I take, I've had issues with thinning hair and there being more loose hair on my pillow and in my brush each day, so I've been encourage to take biotin supplements to counteract the effects. Since I've been taking these, I haven't been seeing as much loose hair (still some, obviously, just not as much as before), and it doesn't seem to be thinning as much either. Also, my nails seem stronger as well, which is great because I recently stopped biting them again (a habit a broke in college but then started up again about a year ago), and they'd been fairly weak for a while. All in all, would definitely recommend.4 stars

    This supplement has Vitamin E and is synthetic. If it has DL in front of alpha tocopheryl acetate, it is synthetic. Side effects include nausea, diarrhea, stomach cramps, tiredness, dizziness and blurred vision. I will no longer be taking this supplement.
