I like Vimerson products. They are a good value with decent prices and outstanding performance. I feel confident that they are effective. While using supplements is often a matter of faith that they will work, I feel confident that products like Berberine DO work. As a result, Vimerson Berberine is a valuable addition to my diet.

This supplement seems to be of good quality and value for the money. I did notice it help with afternoon cravings. I did notice an increase in energy as well. I tend to have cravings in the afternoon/evening so I took it at lunch the first couple days, but I noticed it was hard for me to fall asleep. So I changed to taking it mid-morning and that worked great.
