    I love this creatine, it mixes okay but the taste is flavorless so it’s not bad if you have some powder left. Great quality. Doesn’t affect my stomach, no cramping or discomfort. Reasonable amount for your money. Has helped me engage more in the gym on days I really don’t feel like being there. I am seeing some growth like the shape of the bottle. So I’m pleased!

    I figured because it was cheaper than all the other ones on the market. It would not be good quality. Well I was wrong. This product works really good and it works best.     I’ve used this product for a week and can notice the difference already. I was working my glutes out and could never get them to round out + perk. After purchasing this and taking one scoop in the morning in my coffee and a scoop after working out in my protein drink — I noticed a different so quickly. My glutes are starting to form the night round shape.This product does not taste. I seen problems with people getting it to dissolve. I haven’t had that issue, but I do make sure to add the product to either hot coffee or a small amount of liquid then to the rest of my drink.The first few days, I did notice belly pains + aches. Like stomach aches. I also noticed I was gassy, which I never have an issue with. Keep that in mind.

    The Product image is so cute and funny. The directions are so easy to understand & so far I love that it doesn’t have flavor so I can mix it with anything without feeling it.I love how it has a QR code with workout routines perfect for people that are beginners and don’t know what exercises to do. Since I just began using the product, I am not able to speak about its results but I have realized it helps my body recover after a hard leg routine faster.

    It seems like the formula changed when they changed bottles. The old bottles mixed well and dissolved. I feel like the Crystal at the bottle is a waste. I also liked the old bottle as my fingers are too small to reach in, so I have to tip it over and shake it. It’s a little embarrassing to my son who likes the creatine to build muscle to not his booty. So having an option to what bottle we want would be nice.

    Unsure if it’s working yet. I have only taken it for a week, going into my second week. I would probably not buy again. Does not dissolve completely. There’s always some powder left in the bottom.
