My previous laptop was on life support and I was "forced" to take action and buy a new one. This Dell Inspiron 15 has everything I need and is fast and easy to use! The only negative is there is no back lit keyboard. This is minor and I have a fix for that by ordering a USB light that plugs into the side of my laptop. Give it a try!

I purchased this laptop just four months ago, and today I noticed that the screen is damaged. Prior to this, I was experiencing issues with the keyboard, as I often had to press multiple times to generate numbers or letters on the screen. The entire system seems defective. I paid nearly $600 for a laptop that appears to be made with very cheap components. This is one of the worst laptops I've ever owned. It's incredibly disappointing that I lost my savings within six months due to a faulty product.

I received the product in good condition, but I encountered an issue with Dell maintenance support after my screen stopped working a few days later. Although I got it replaced and paid for it, the entire process took about 50 days to get my unit repaired and restored to normal working condition. Unfortunately, the team did not thoroughly inspect the unit after replacing the screen and sent it back in a faulty condition, requiring me to resend the system again. This experience was somewhat painful. Otherwise, the laptop is now working perfectly fine.

Was in need of a computer up grade. It had been almost 10 years.I've never had a Dell but have used it a couple of months now and I LOVE it!I've been using it since late February and I like it better each time I start it up to use.It has everything on it I need for working, social media, online shopping, and things I am still learning to use.Seemed like a good value. Me gustó que tiene sensor de huella digital, se pueden bloquear el micrófono y/o la cámara con una tecla de función, pantalla táctil y se puede desdoblar. Velocidad de procesamiento bastante buena. La pila dura muy poco.

Worked great for exactly 2 months. Suddenly, the system did not even recognize that the display is a touch screen. Rolling back Win 11 update, having device manager human interface search for hardware changes, doing Dell-recommended hard reset did nothing. Dell support arranged shipping to them. Dell was good about handling this promptly. Dell replaced the FACTORY 256GB SSD and removed the NOT-FACTORY Kingston 1TB SSD (yes, there are two SSD slots). It shipped the 1TB back with the unit in a separate bag. I replied to Dell support email that I received it back and had questions. Dell rep called me and patiently answered my questions. Though his accent was strongly far-eastern, I could understand most of what he said and he kindly repeated when asked.In short, 3rd party retailers will supe up a Dell product (in this case) to upgrade its specifications. I've used Kingston drives many times with no issues, so this is not a criticism of Kingston per se. But for whatever reason it was either faulty or incompatible.This purchase was a good deal even if it turns out to be 256 GB rather than 1TB. The problem is it wasted a ton of my time to resolve.See images for Dell return letter and Dell rep reply to my questions after we spoke on the phone.My only annoyance with Dell is that when they reinstalled Windows 11 home on the new SSD, they installed the S version. Windows claims the S stands for more "secure." Perhaps, but you can ONLY install 3rd party apps downloaded from the Microsoft store. So, I could not install Zoom! That's unacceptable. I googled how to remove the S "feature" permanently. That worked, and I could then install the Zoom app.

Laptop Dell Inspiron 15 3520 defectuosa
Un mes y 5 dias despues de haber recibido la laptop, al abrirla se escucho un tronido la bisagra de apertura de la pantalla y el marco de la pantalla de un costado se separo y la pantalla al abrirla no queda rigida, se cae, por la falla en la bisagra. Lamentablemente la devolución mediante Bolo expiro el 01 de abril, y al comunicarme a DELL, me indican que no es posible hacer valida la garantia de fabricante, porque yo estoy en México y el producto se envio desde EE.UU. Que debo dar una dirección de un domicilio de EE.UU. para que desde ahi envien la laptop y me la devuelvan a esa dirección de EE.UU. Lo que parece absurdo. Dell debe hacerte valida la garantia, independiente del pais donde la compres y del domicilio donde la envies. No vuevo a comprar esta marca de laptop, una mala experencia de servicio a cliente derivado de la solicitud de una garantia.
Excelente calidad precio
Una muy buena opción de laptop para el precio, llego antes de la fecha de entrega sin ningún detalle.Compre la de 32gb de ram y va bastante bien ya que la utilizo con dos sistemas operativos distintos y el almacenamiento al ser 1tb de ssd esta genial a demas de que la pantalla no se ve tan mal pero eso si el teclado es en ingles.
