My 11 year old loved his new gaming PC he got for Christmas. The only things that we would have liked but forgot to look for were a mic and video camera. Mic is on order and we’ll deal with the camera issue if we need to. I was a bit overwhelmed with figuring out what to get that was in budget but would suit his needs. This seems to fit the bill!

Nice and superfast over my old. Atlas and W.O.W. games running and graphics are way above my old 12 year desktop. It came with 16g, and Dual processers 8 core. I would like to have more room for memory then 16 g. I miss the sleep mode only has restart and shutdown in Start menu

The computer came brand new out the box not working, neither HDMI ports work and DisplayPort doesn’t work. When you go to their Troubleshooting/support page that comes with the instructions, they give you a QR code that takes you to a YouTube video that tells you to disassemble the GPU and wipe down all the connections and also remove the memory and wipe it down also which immediately voids your Bolo return policy. It’s their way of having deniability that the PC worked when they sent it out but the buyer must of broke something. The whole experience ruined Christmas for me as I had to spend unnecessary money thinking my monitor was broken. Don’t waste your time or money as it’s very easy for you to get stuck with this hunk of junk. Avoid at all costs.

So I’ve been using this for a couple of months now and the ONLY issue I have is the wifi issues which I’m guessing you’ve seen in other reviews. Other than that it works well and I’m a light gamer so I don’t play hardcore shooting games and all that just casual stuff like Roblox or sims4 or vrchat etc so for me it’s great and a good value for money considering the price I got it for. It was easy to setup like it literally took less than five minutes and my games runs well when the wifi is not messing up. Overall if you are like me and game lightly and woulda’t mind your Wi-Fi cutting out every couple of hours for like 3 mins then I’d say buy lol

Purchased for my 13 year old game loving son for Christmas. All he has ever wanted was a PC and we wanted to work within a budget. I should have trusted my gut after reading the reviews. After set up, the computer would randomly shut off. This happened MULTIPLE times in a 30 minute period. But that wasn't even my biggest complaint.The computer shows it has 16gb ram...but after my son loaded Fortnite properly and tried playing we quickly realized there was something wrong. It was unable to smoothly run at ALL. CONSTANTL lagging, glitching, completely behind, and shutting down randomly. After getting into the computers settings we realized it stated it was only running at 8gb ram. When the computer states it has 16gb ram. I am assuming something was wrong with one of the ram ports?But, between the ram issue and it consistently shutting down out of nowhere. I decided to return the computer as this was more than we were able to deal with and handle ourselves as the computer was obviously defective only running with 8gb ram.I am currently in the waiting process of it being delivered back to the company/Bolo or wherever it goes at this point.Heartbreaking to take have to take away a Christmas gift that my son was THRILLED about.Please consider looking elsewhere for your PC wants.
