I Love this product. I have never bought a chopper on Bolo before and was skeptical when I got Ganiza chopper. Decided to give it a try despite there were a million of the same items on the website. I have had different choppers from local stores and this one comes on top among others. Very easy to use. Even easier to clean. It works perfectly ; I use it almost everyday for major and minor food cuttings. Love that it comes with 2 bowls. Give me a choice to use one for meats and then other for veggies to avoid cross contamination. Just a little side note; Be careful with the blades Y’all. In fact they are very sharp and ready to slice your finger at any moment during cleaning. Just used a long brush and spray them over hot water from tap to make sure you got all the foods out of the blades. But love that it comes with covers for the blades as well, to avoid accidents. Don’t loose them. Don’t look further if you are looking for a good design, quality and quite power processor. Customer service was very top notch as well. Highly recommend this product

This Ganiza Food Processor is an excellent product and is by far my most favorite food chopper. I have owned many other choppers in the past, and this chopper in comparison to them, is made with higher quality materials and durability and does a much better job chopping, grinding and mincing my foods and is perfect for all my needs in a food processor. It has a high power 450 watt motor that is very strong with two speed settings to choose from to chop vegetables and fruits and either grind or mince soft nuts and meats to my desired consistency. It comes with both glass and stainless steel bowls and with the extra set of 4-blade knives you can work with both bowls and grind meat in one bowl while chopping vegetables in the other bowl without having to worry about cross contamination from raw meat to vegetables. This way with using 2 grinding bowls you can get all your grinding done at one time without having to stop and wash a bowl, like other grinders that only come with one bowl and one set of chopping knives. With this glass bowl which is a strong, thick glass that is well made and can withstand a lot of use, I can see and watch as I am grinding my vegetables or meats so I can get that perfect result that I am looking for.The detachable and sharp 4-blade knives are cutting my food items more quickly and precisely than any other chopper I have previously owned. This strong motor runs great and with the nonslip mat underneath it doesn’t move or vibrate while the chopper is in use. The slow speed gear is on the left side of the panel and the fast speed gear is on the right side of the panel and are quite easy to push and control. It feels really safe and sturdy to use on my counter top. Always remember to unplug it before removing the lid and putting your hands in to the bowl that is just common sense with any electrical and sharp appliance.I like that it comes with a printed instruction book that is rare these days with everything online. There are a lot of useful tips in the booklet so I suggest reading it for those useful tips. It also mentions to run the unit no more than 30 seconds at a time, which in my opinion is also the best way. This way you can check your food and not overprocess them and you will get the results you are looking for. Slow bursts of speed of 15-20 seconds at a time and then checking your food works the best. The lower speed power button is great for the vegetables and the higher speed power button is great for meat. Having a two-speed motor gives you those much needed options.Cleanup is a breeze. I am very happy with this Chopper and I highly recommend it, and I find I am being more creative with my cooking now.

So easy to use! Just made a mushroom duxelle, perfect. Easy to clean. Great price, nice to have 2 speeds. Doesn't take up alot of space, like some others.

I just received My chopper in the mail.... I was so excited to give it a whorl. After a close examination I am impressed. Noticing that all the geared parts of the chopper are plastic, I feel may be the weak link in this appliance. Only time will tell.Hummus was my first project. The chopper passed with flying colors. Smooth and creamy. Chopping carrots, the machine again passed with flying colors. Small an crunchy, Just right.Blending dry ingredients for Pizza dough and eventually producing dough, great.But in all the instances I find that it takes a bit of persuasion to line the motor up just perfect to activate the GO button. So as long as I don't break the plastic lid pushing and thumping it to start I will be okay.It seems to be made of quality parts with extra thought put into the removable skid-resistant gasket on the bottom of the bowls. Maybe these are to hold it in place for you while you are trying to convince the motor to engage.So with all this in mind I am thinking I should take advantage of the extra 6 month warranty that is offered up on a card that came with the paper work. But it says; it has it be submitted 14 days after I ordered the chopper. Via e-mail. Well 10 days passed in shipping. Hummm... Okay... Good thing I reviewed the paperwork before filing it away.Thank you. Will keep you posted on durability.Update: Now that I have had a week or two to try this baby out. Color me very Happy. Anything I threw in it it chopped it up in seconds. I was skeptical when it said it chopped meat. In 10 seconds the venison 'Butt Chunks' I took out by mistake turned into perfect burger.And the more you use it , the more accustom you become to the controls.. On - off- Fast - not so fast....So far, SO GOOD!

Was impressed with ease of use. It made a fast chop of veggies for salsas and soups. Powerful and my fav EASY TO CLEAN! Beware the blades are sharp so use the guards. Like having 2 bowls to change out .

I can use one for meats and then other for veggies to avoid cross contamination. Just a warning. Be careful with the blades. They are very sharp. But love that it comes with covers for the blades too, to avoid accidents. Highly recommend this product

This little machine is amazing . Very sturdy good performance and does an amazing job mincing up veggies n meat. Plus it not noisy .very good product. I highly recommend it.

Ha resultado muy buena para procesar todo y sin problemas, lo único que le miro como algo defectuoso, es que, lo que se está procesando, se pasa un poco hacia arriba no es algo que le afecte, pero hay que darle una buena limpieza después del uso en el fresado donde se conecta con las cuchillas
