Hi, I ordered this product to test by watching video on Mitch Boyer channel. Usually his advices are good, he normally do not recommend things he not tested. So this product was tested by him, I trust him and order was made. Checked when received and I can tell that my money was spend on good product, it's not sweet, taste is pleasant, I can feel slightly presence of salt, so for sure it's isotonic as well. Composite is simple, exactly what we need during cycling. Easy to mix and use, one spoon for easy rides, two spoons for medium rides, tree spoons for hard rides, no brainstorming required.Price was good to me.

I am usually trying out new nutrition and endurance products to provide that edge I need to stay on top of healthy habits. Skeptic at first and first day of trying. All I can say is that it does work! It gave me the energy I needed for the first two hours and extended to 3. My only problem is that I did not bring more to refill for the next hours of my ride. There was no stomach discomfort as stated and it is true. Flavor itself is ok as it’s mixed. Of course when you do the 90g or more it becomes sweeter. Next time I’ll be prepared to bring powder cartridges to keep it going.

I have been using this formula since its creation. I adjust the amount in my water bottle based on the planned distance I'm riding for the day. I have never had a bonk since using it. It really does sustain your energy on the ride. It's sweet but no flavor. I add a partial scoop of flavored electrolytes to enhance the consumption. You really can't go wrong with this formula for helping you keep your glucose levels up. It's super noticeable how it boosts your endurance. So much more bang for the buck compared to other name brands out there and works as good...or probably better. Get some! You won't regret it.

I recently purchased a 5 lbs. bag of Formula 369. I won't pay for expensive Maurten or Skratch drink mixes and I was tired of mixing my own maltodextrin and fructose. This was the perfect solution. Last weekend I did a 200 mile, one day charity ride. We had full SAG support. But 95% of my nutrition came from Formula 369. No bonking. No gut rot. It worked amazingly. This is a great product for the money.

Need to mix up the flavor (remember it is naturally sweet but not horribly sweet like sucrose), think sour and tart....Switched from noodles to this. 90g/l/hr and easily handled 25, 29, 33, 37.5 miles on consecutive Saturdays with NO, 0, ZERO stomach or bowel irritation. (I hadn't run more than 6 miles before July 22, 2023). purchased 2 more bags to get to event day.

So I am now on my second bag and I wish the kid who created this all the success and riches possible. I have never been able to keep my calorie intake up and the big brand stuff is so expensive that I would be frugal with it to a point which rendered it useless.I’m not saying that this is any kind of magic, but it does what it says providing a big calorie load to you during a ride.Suggestion is one scoop an hour for a gentle ride, two or three in that bidon for the more intense riding/racing.It blends well with the water, I’ve had no issues with it being claggy the way some of the big brand stuff seems to be so that’s a massive bonus too.That’s all. I’m an amateur rider who has his own goals and his own competition so marginal gains mean as much to me as they do to Jonas and Tadei.Ride on party people, stay safe and well.Richy Mason

So in August I had 3 weekends in a row of events. The first was 4-Peaks Fondo which is 80 miles and 8K of vert. Then our local Century, The Heart of Idaho. I rode both these solely using your product and we broke the course record on both of them. The next weekend was the Utah State Crit which was my ultimate goal. On Wednesday night during our local ride I was hit with the stomach flu and barely got myself home. Thursday and Friday were miserable and the only thing I was getting calories from was your mix. I drank bottle after bottle of it. I almost didn’t race the Crit on Saturday but since I was already in Utah I figured I might as well line up. Well I ended up winning the 45 Masters race which was my goal the whole time. Other then 2 bagels that I never kept down I was completely fueled on your product in the days leading up and for that race. Just wanted to say Thanks for making a Great product, I was already a fan but this just made me even more of one.
