I like probiotic as improved gut health is a goal of mine. I've taken these for about 2 weeks now, and so far, I haven't noticed any adverse effects. As the label says, it should reduce bloating and I did notice a slight decrease after a garlic heavy day, but nothing too crazy. Capsule form is nice and easy to take and ingredients seem good, so I wouldn't be against getting these again.
